I already did, a time ago, here they are:

I already tried cut the cotton in every possible ways. In fact, I already tried so many ways that I'm starting to think that is my unit that is faulty. When I posted that pics, there were some users that said that the K4 would gurgle if the AFC is very tight, but mines only don't gurgle when I remove the screw.
I would use a lot less wick first. Looks like it's flooding and choking at the same time. Try using less wick.

First I don't use my KF4 MTL, I've never had your issue, I've read that Svo offers some sort of plastic screw which helps with/solves the issue. Possibly hit up a hardware store see if they have anything. From what I read in some cases the threading fills with juice around the AFC screw and causes the gurgling, the tighter seal offered by the plastic screw is supposed to eliminate at least that portion of the issue.

I did google for replacement plastic AFC, one place out of stock, the other was Euro and way to expensive. Didn't spend very much time looking, you might have better luck with a more extensive search.

Probably worth a shot if you like the atomizer.

I see even the Svo site mentions gurgling..

Kayfun V4 - Plastic airflow screw
Yes, the gurgling it's from the air screw. The problem isn't the air screw itself, is how the juice is getting there, I guess. But thanks, I really like the atomizer, I really want to use it. I will try to find a store that sells the screws and had a lower shipping rates than svoemesto webstore.

I wonder if it's wicking faster then it's being vaporized. What Ω's are your coils and what power level are you vaping (volts? watts?)
It could be, indeed. I use to build 1.4Ω (thanks for the special character [emoji16] ) @ 14/15W, but as I said before, I already tried from 0.8Ω to 2Ω, at different wattages.

At the end, after all the time spent on this atty, I would love to see it working correctly.

What ratio of juice are you using?

Well there goes 'my guess'. I use 28g Kanthal, 1.5Ω coils, rayon wicks, and vape at 14 watts. This works fine for me on Infinite clones and original Svoe KFLV4s - w/ the air control set for a 'moderate' pull for MTL vaping.

Will do something similar (same gauge, same Ohm, same wick) and wick it again with the pancake method. Thanks

Hope it works out for you!
I find 2mm coils too small but I usually build with 26g all the time at 2.5mm or 3mm.

The Rayon tails touch the deck covering the holes. The wick is trimmed with 70% up top out 2mm from the coil and the other 30% hanging down onto the deck. This is a Rayon thing I don't think it would work with cotton.

    Somewhere between here and there
I was having the gurgling issues and tried the single wrap of floss under the oring in the base like someone suggested here and it fixed my problem. Before that I had taken it completely apart and replaced every oring and still had the gurgling. Evidently the oring in the base that looks like it is square but isn't wasn't sealing correctly. I had a few of them with the same problem and it fixed my problem.

You can also try a slightly thicker o-ring instead.

It didn't resolved the gurgled.. Could it be the square o-ring? I already tried the floss and didn't helped. Maybe I should try the plastic screws? Or a original set of o rings from svoemesto?
It could be a number of things causing your issue. How restricted is your air control? How hard do you take a draw? Is the top o-ring in place on top of the chimney? Did you use enough floss under the square looking o-ring? I wish we could help more here. Have you tried covering 3 of the air holes and blow into the 4th and see it that helps??

I know that is difficult to find a solution, due to the number of parts of the kayfun. And I really am grateful to you guys, for trying to help me.

I used 1 and 2 wraps of floss. If I put the third, the JFC don't close.
If I cover 3 of the 4 holes and blow, there is no sign of liquid.
The Chimney o-ring is in place.
My draw used to be tight, know the airflow screw is screwed +- 20% (I unscrew until it is flush with the center pin, then I screw two turns).

I opened now the base, and look what I saw:

    Is supposed to be flooded?

I would try covering the holes on the base with the wick to block the liquid from pouring in. I always cover mine.

No, I think your slow restrictive draw with the juice holes uncovered is causing your flooding. I have never had a problem with the wick ends just touching the deck and covering the holes.
But the draw isn't restricted. In fact, is almost as open as it can get with the screw on.
