Hmm, trying to order o-rings....

Vapor Tek USA - Amazing Deals on Electronic Cigarettes! says my billing information does match my cc info and to contact my bank. Use the card all the time it's fine. Emailed their tech support.

Then tried, shop.vaperev.com even though their accessory kit is more pricey, it looks like the sovmesto spare kit so what the hell. But shipping with them is 31 bucks! I can buy two more kayfun's with this order for orings... Looking around for other oring kits but not finding much.

I ordered a couple of these last night from vaportek. Everything went through and got a email confirmation. Must be something in your cc info or account info not correct. I like that these kits are suppose to come from Tobeco. Since my Tobeco v4's are working so well, I hope the parts are good too.

Well, I'll wait to hear back from their tech support, I checked the billing info ten times and everything looks good.

Yes these are supposed to be from tobeco I understand you find that assuring cause yours are working fine but neither of mine are! so maybe I shouldn't be getting tobeco accessories, heh. Or as I mentioned earlier, maybe the orings changed size during the over night cleaning.

It's annoying when you're eager for your new toy and it's been a bust.

Hope they get it straightened out for you and you can get your kayfun up and running.

I'm so tired of my robbot K4 leaking, even though it isn't much I have to *drain* the base once a day before it comes out the air holes! so, with dwcraig1's input on the "12x1.5" for #16 o-ring I ordered a complete set from the oringstore + the 12x1.5. $10 shipping to Canada but, for a total of $14 it's worth gamble :) cheers dwcraig1 for the 12mm oring suggestion.

Good luck with the bigger orings. It sucks to have to deal with leaks. Did you try the floss under the oring trick? I had used that idea on my Pulse G rbs's and it worked great.

For those who may be interested, Vape Royalty has the HCigar version in stock...again not cheap, but no where near the authentic. Looking at the pictures, I can't tell if the drip tip "nut" has the flat side.
HCigar Kayfun V4 Atomizer RBA Clone

Give us a review if you get it.
    Thanks

    Hmmm, no spare parts?...

Has anyone tried the 4S kit that Tobecco has now put out?

Do you have a link? The Tobeco is slightly airier than the FT but I'd still like to get a bit more airflow for lung inhales.

BTW, I've been putting my Tobeco through its paces. Threw it in my backpack on my bike ride to work today, and I had it in my pocket this weekend while I was running/sprinting around a parking lot picking up cones (I went autocrossing) and it didn't leak a drop. I can't wait to get a second one so I don't have to tear this one down so often to clean it out to change flavors.

That's got to be way under the lower limit of .1Ω. What size wire is that? What's the ID of the coil? I wrap 10 wraps of 28g nickel around a 3mm mandrel and come out to between .12-.14Ω.

The wire is 28g nickel. I used the machine screw to wrap it. The id is about 3.5 mm which come out at 0.14 ohm.

I'm quite surprised that you can get that high of a resistance with what was it? 5 Wraps? Anyway, that's awesome. :thumb:

Anyone with the EHPro Kayfun v4 please take a look at this thread: EHPro Kayfun v4 - Not worth the money

There is an issue with the top cap on their version of the Kayfun v4. Well it has apparently now been corrected.

Nice to see Ehpro step up and replace the top nut. I love my (3) KFL+ from them so I was slightly disappointed they missed that.

I used to auto-x many years ago (e36m3). Good to hear the v4 is working for you :thumb:.

My Tobeco clone is a little too airy for me. Can I remove the stem to adjust airflow with it full of juice or will it come out the hole?

Yes, you can adjust the air screw while the tank is full.

I have one wrap of floss, can't use anymore :( won't fit... it doesn't leak terribly but, once a day I have to *drain* it... hopefully either the 11x1.5 or the 12x1.5 will sort it out. can't have it leaking when i'm away on holidays for 5 weeks ;)
