Anyone else have the issue when tightening #9 screw, you can no longer turn the juice flow control?

I haven't had that issue on my red o-ring mystery vendor one, I tighten it as much as I physical am able to and it still spins freely, sorry.

Also, could someone provide a link for a good place to buy the tobeco clone? The one I got isnt a Tobeco. Not sure who cloned it. It came in what looked like an original kayfun v4 box with the 100% authentic sticker sealing the container closed. The o-rings are red if that is indicative of anything.

I ordered a Tobeco from eBay, this one that KTMRider linked: Kayfun 4 V4 RBA Rebuildable Atomizer Clone by Tobeco Stainless Steel Ships Free | eBay
Oops, late to the party.
Got it today, its nice, legit Tobeco with Tobeco QC sticker in tact. I just vaped a tank full of juice through it, and no issues yet. The Tobeco I got is definitely nicer than my red o-ring mystery vendor clone, it came much cleaner, no burs, threads are smoother, not that I consider it a good thing but the logo was done better on the Tobeco. Tobeco on right:

Damn, I'm still waiting for my eBay Tobeco. Should be here Friday.
I ordered one of those the other day as well. Will be my third Tobeco V4. I think I will stop at three. Saving my money for the Sigelei mini 30 watt that is coming out soon. Already have the Cloupor mini 30 and really like it so far.

Also check the #6 oring! It seems like I was the only one with the wrong oring placed there by the manufacturer. Go figure haha.

I think if you have a seep/leak at the seam above the air flow ring, it's the #6 oring.

If you get leaks from the airholes, or gurgling, or even at the seams below the air flow ring, the #16 is the issue.

Assuming there's no user error of course

How would I know if there is something wrong with an oring upon inspection? And how did you know you had an incorrect oring? Who made it? Tobeco?

I mentioned earlier that after cleaning/soaking the orings on the drip tip went to double their size and no longer fits so I've definitely had orings change size.

From what I've read, orings can change size when exposed to hot water, but can they shrink as well?

Reading the settings you guys are at makes me feel freakish (which I am) with my settings. 1.3 Ohms (varies from 1.29 to 1.32 when I fire) at 26.5 watts on a VaporShark rDNA40. My only real whine at this point is the airflow, maybe getting the 4S kit will make it work for me, but I doubt it. I just prefer a more open draw.

That is normal but only if you are exhaling into the drip tip. It just pushes any remaining vapor in the chamber and chimney out through the air inlet holes.

And that also will cause juice sometimes to come out the air holes or down into the spring area....... IT IS NOT A LEAKING KAYFUN4..... but rather your vaping style.

Maybe some users that think they have a leaker really do not have a leaker.....just saying

For me it was not so much #9 as it was #1. But since #1 runs through #9 to get to 10/11 it is kind of the same thing. I just slightly loosened the #1 and it fixed things up.
If the tightness of #1 affects tightness of juice control you have a problem with how #8 is fitting to #3

(now don't be trying to shoot the messenger)

Haha I have no idea how to answer you.

Mere visual inspection def wasn't enough to make me realize I had issues. I first suspected issues with my Oring when I would get slowwwww leaks through the various seams. I was pretty confident of my wicking and set up tho.

It was only when I got my replacement ORINGs that when I compared them to what I have on the atty did I realize how different they were from what they're supposed to be.

Oh and mine was fasttech type A

Ps for all my new atties, I strip them down completely, set aside all orings and then boil only the metal parts. So I haven't had issues with cleaning screwing up my o ring

Got the Infinite version cleaned and built earlier today. So far (wonders if jinx is coming) it's been flawless. Juice control works like a charm. Threads are very smooth.
Took the afc screw out and the draw is nice. (I prefer a slightly tighter draw on rta's). Haven't had a semi dry hit and I tried. It has kept up nicely. We'll see how it goes.
That gives me four, with three functional. 1 Tobeco that's decent, the jc will not turn with the 510 screwed tight. 1 EHPro, again good. Using the "spare" Tobeco flat sided nut. 1 Infinite with no issues yet.

Think I'll go with what I have at the moment...3 kf4 ....2 kf 3.1 and 2 kfl plus...1 Billow...1 Squape R...1 Fogger v5...1 Kanger sub tank.....................

Lol, you probably need an Aqua v2, Lemo, and Goblin too.

One great thing I got with the Infinite version is the poster with the parts blown up. Now I can decipher what the heck it is when the #X doesn't quite match up to #Z and such. I may have permanent squint trying to look at it on the computer screen.
Where did you get the Infinite version? Have not seen it for sale anywhere other than FT. And there has been some question as to if that one is actually Infinite.

Got my Tobeco today. Did a 2.5 ohm coil for it, wasn't shooting for that high but it is a great mellow vape and hits 5v at only 10w and presents a super light load on the battery. I'm impressed with it and Mrs. Dr. loves it. It gives a very, very good vape for a mouth to lung vaper. If I don't love my Kanger Subtank Mini I'm getting myself one. Super tank for what they're asking for these.

Got it from Sonic Vapes

Kayfun V4 Infinite Clone Atomizer – Subsonic Vapes

The description says that it comes with 3 poly tanks, but the smaller one is the same glass I have with the Tobeco and ehp versions. It's not Fasttech cheap, but I didn't have to do anything but clean, build, fill, and vape.

I was waiting to hear more about the HCigar version becoming available in the US. But I decided to search around for the Tobeco version and saw that it's available for $20 on ebay.

There are actually 9 sellers on ebay who are selling it for $23 or less. One of them is selling them for a nickel less than a $20 bill. Simply amazing. I'll buy the Tobeco today and a 316 version later down the road if it's worth it.

I'd love it if someone was able to research the economy of clones -- particularly of the Kayfun v4. This RBA looks to be extremely complex. How many hands touch this thing, excluding S&H and the middlemen?? $20?!?!?!? YES PLEASE!!

Just checking does anyone have leaking issues with the tobeco version? I have two and they both leak. It seems I see more and more posts like 'the tobeco is great'. And this is why I bought the tobeco version and I'm glad others are working but at the same time its like .......

My Tobeco also leaked, put 3 wraps of dental floss under o-ring 16 which has fixed for now and ordered some new o-rings to replace the existing one that leaks.
