I'm really considering picking up a Tobeco V4 on Wed.
How is the air flow on this device for lung hitters? I've read through the whole thread but never saw it mentioned.
I had a tobeco kayfun light in the past and air flow was just way to tight for my liking.

Lung hits are working best for me on mine.

Got my Tobeco this morning, fairly clean, won't take the scrubbing the others did. No need to dink around with it out of the box, juice control is nice, and smooth, for that reason alone it would be my recommendation as to which to purchase. 101vape has the Tobeco for $25, and fast shipping.

That is 3 clones for me, worse of the bunch was easily the most expensive, that being the Robot Tech.

#1 Tobeco: Fit, and Finish very good, no need to change out Oring to prevent lower section flooding/leakage Cleanest of the bunch. Smoothest out of box juice control. Least expensive, cost me $19 shipped from FEEbay.

#2 Red Oring copper 510 pin: available from FasTTech, and Focal.
Fit, and finish very slight edge over the Tobeco, engravings slightly sharper giving it a little better look IMO. Chimney is polished, which is a plus, or minus depending upon your preference. Juice control was fairly smooth out of box, did need to swap JC Oring to stop leaking into lower section (510 area). $22.39 Shipped from FasTTech

#3 Robot Tech: Easily the worse of the 3 clones, also the most expensive. Juice channel holes not properly drilled leading to feed issues (dry hits). Needed the most work to get juice control to turn freely still not nice, and smooth, but honestly sick of fiddling with it. Needed larger Oring to stop leaking into lower section (510 area) easily the worse fit & finish, but still not bad. Most expensive cost me $31 and change with 10% off from Focal. Only real plus side to this atomizer is it has a slightly larger hole in the airflow pin producing a little more open draw.

Final conclusion, over-engineered/hyped atomizer marginally better then an old KFL, mainly due to a little better air flow. Arguably easier to fill, but then I never had any real issues top filling the 3.1, or lite+.

Top 3 favorite Tank Atomizers to date, and I own, most of them.

Erlkonigin nano
Expromizer
Rose

Not really a Cloud Chase, but if I were...

Aqua V2
Billow
Orchid

Personally I'll take the Erlkonigin, very noticeably better flavor, better airflow, simple & quick to fill, build is quite simple once you master it.

Yeah I know it is a mess, but I'm out of room

You have an addiction issue my friend . That's just awesome.

On the ErlK, I have to agree with you as far as the nano goes. It does have way better flavor than the K4. The regular full tanked ErlK is just too much of a pain to use for me however, it constantly leaks or gives me dry hits with or without the AFC. I'm going to try the aqua v2 this weekend and also maybe build a dual coil on my K4 to see the flavor differences.

Crap, my V4 just leaked out in my jacket pocket. Not sure where it came from, but I saw some eliquid in the airholes so I'm thinking it may be the #16 o ring. I'll try adding a bit of dental floss under that o ring to see if it'll seal better. Juice control is still stuck open. If I could have closed it it probably would've been fine.

 ccwaters has me beat by a mile! Take notice, folks who think I'm nuts!

Hopelessly addicted to collecting, I say that is it, and the next best thing hits the market, more often then not they end up being dust collectors. :glare: Though a few of them are just brilliant!

That has been the culprit in all of my leaks.

I am good about passing them along to new homes instead of letting them sit around :). If I'm not going to use it, someone else will be happy to have it.
True that! If it weren't for Roxy I would've never found out the EHPro KFL+ blows away my Infinite! ;)

I've had my Tobeco for a week now. At least 15 tanks through it without issue. Re-wicked it yesterday and de-gunked the coil. 3 more tanks through it since then. Running 6 wraps of 24g, at .5 ohms and 25 watts. Love the fact it is so easy to Re-wick without emptying the tank, and filling is a breeze. I have an authentic squape r, which can do the same, but the k4 is much easier to fill. Flavor might be a bit better on the sq r, but I'm really liking this clone k4.

Ok, more info, if anyone has ideas. My base does go up and down for the juice control until the tank is on. Then it won't budge, even using vise grips.

I have no idea why. I tried loosening the knurled nut and it was still a no go.

So I put the base in the fully open (down) position, filled the tank via the holes in the bottom of the chimney bell, and screwed the base back on. It does at least vape now, and of course that method will work.

But, I'm at a loss for what's going on.

Roxy, here's an idea; on my authentic I was having problems with the juice control getting stuck in either position. After some trial and error I remember qorax mentioned that he lubricated all of the o rings with chapstick (Burt's Bees). I didn't have any chapstick handy, so I just used a little juice, a drop or two, and spread it around the o rings with my fingertip. It has worked flawlessly since.
