It sounds as if you are using a juice that is cut with some water. Water has to come from somewhere if it's condensing so if that's the case sure, you will definitely get condensed water vapor. I doubt it would be water from the humidity in the air because it would not condense on surfaces that were at least as warm as the air unless the local humidity is 100%.My juice is colored and the condensation that gathers on the bottom of my KFL tanks is not colored nor is it slippery, and has the viscosity of water. It dries quickly with no residue (unlike e-liquid). What you get may be the same or different than what I get but this is what I get. Condensation is the opposite of evaporation. Water evaporates. Water condenses. At least where I live.

I don't know Duane. I'm not a condensationologist but it is dang humid here. As for cutting juice with water, I do not know except that I see water in some DIY recipes. Also, I know many people have the same experience and I know they aren't vaping the same juice I am.It sounds as if you are using a juice that is cut with some water. OK I understand. Any atty will obey the laws of physics. That wouldn't be considered a defect would it? I guess I'm not sure what the discussion is about.I don't know Duane. What I do know is when I get juice on my hands it leaves a residue that stays until I wash my hands. This "condensation" I speak of can be wiped off with my finger and it leaves no residue. This is how I conclude that it is water. BTW, I have only experienced this on my KFLs when using a beauty ring on a Provari 2. There are no gaps with this set up (or at last little gaps). I've heard others describe the same thing on other attys.
Me either. Physics is not my strong suit.OK I understand. Any atty will obey the laws of physics. That wouldn't be considered a defect would it? I guess I'm not sure what the discussion is about.

OK, most (if not all) accounts of the KM3 and the K5 suggest that the flavor from these two atties is noticeably improved from the Kayfun Lites. I haven't yet received my K5 so I can speak only of the KM3 (but have heard the K5 is the same vape as the KM3) and can confirm the flavor I get from the KM3 is, in fact, better than the Kayfun Lite. So this begs the question...why?
Anyone want to take a stab? I'd be curious if we can come up with a likely answer.
I don't know how to tell the difference. Re-wicked all K's this morning and have been hitting the 5. Still dry underneath.
Same. I think I may have been a little light on the wicking. Also seems to be a little more fussy with the juice flow. 1 turn is all I need. 1.5 on the V3M.

When I started vaping with my first KM3 I noticed no flavor difference between it and the Achilles drippers I had been using exclusively for the 8 months prior. Then after a couple months I fired up a KFL and noticed immediately there was a dropoff in flavor. Not a massive dropoff, but noticable to be sure. Until the KM3, I whole heartedly subscribed to the belief that drippers were always a notch better as it related to flavor. The KM3 has blurred that difference.Newer = better?![]()

Ro, did y'all get those KM3 spare parts in?
Cool!We did, I've been a little behind, but the spare glass and insulator kit will be online today.

Placebo effect?
I'm letting my KF5 sit, unbuilt, until I can get me a Radius.
My P3 in 18350 mode, will always be in 18350 mode, and therefore, I won't push much wattage through it.
At 10 watts/1.0 ohm, the airflow overpowered my coil, and flavor was muted, vapor was thin.
I figure, I'll learn me a new build, and run tests on a Radius, between 15-25 watts, to see where I relocate my sweet spot!
I'm willing to believe the KF5 has better flavor than a KFL, but I don't have the proper equipment to confirm that.
Once the SM air restriction option is available, and if it's available before I save enough for a Radius, I can use my KF5 on my P3 at 10 watts/1.0 ohm coil sweet spot.
I couldn't get my K5 to connect to my Radius. Same with my wife's. And the 510 pin isn't adjustable. If you move it out at all, it feels loose.
