I wrote Adam yesterday about the new K5 air restrictor kits that SM is making available. He has been out of town but was able to get back to me this afternoon. He said he will be trying to contact SM about getting some of these on order so he can make them available to his customers. He also said SM is still out of stock on their K5s so Adam's order remains motionless until SM can make more. Adam did say he has another KM3 order inbound.

And no, these retailers are not making a lot of money on svoemesto products. You wouldn't want to rely on it to feed your family. Maybe not even the family pet. But they do allow retailers to provide their customers what they want and they can make it up in other areas.

Should get the M2L kit sometime next week. Will report.
Of course, had to buy some Unity juice and spares to justify the shipping. Unfortunately, they were out of the Mini 3 drip-tip. Although I don't own a Mini 3, that's a nice drip-tip per se.

Looks like you'll be the first to experience the M2L kit. Looking forward to your thoughts.

Can't get the metal tank apart. So much for the glass section. I just can't get the damn thing apart!

No Biggie. I will learn approximately how long it takes to where I need to refill. I need another set of pliers. Or until hubby gets home.

In the meantime, time to build a coil.... ugh. LOL

Always somethin', huh? If Mr. Robin can't get it off then throw it in the freezer for about 15 minutes and then try again.

Ok, I think I figured out the liquid control. Just a tad confusing because you think you are unscrewing something inside and taking apart the tank? I don't know....just weird to me.

Overall, I can live with the airflow, just a bit looser than what I like. I imagine I will get used to it....

Flavor does seem to be a bit better than the KFL but it could have something to do with having a fresh coil and wick. I do notice an undertone in the DF that I've not tasted before. It is so not a bad note! Same bottle that I've been using, in fact, it is almost empty.
Took me three times to build a coil for this. I just suck at building.

Once I figured out how to mount the coil (third time is the charm ;) ) and use the arms to my advantage...much better.

Filling... O.M.G. I am in love! HHV's bottles are absolutely perfect for this device! I noticed that the glass droppers, the reviewers on the videos used, they had to keep going back to their bottles and filling the droppers back up. Me, I just squeeze till filled. THIS is Ideal! Finally something that is easier to fill than the Nova was.

Thumbs up from me

Glad it is going well for you Ms. Robin. I guess I can see what you're saying about screwing the juice control. You're expecting to see something come apart. I'm sure you'll get used to it pretty quickly. A quick tip in case you haven't already seen it. When you have the deck off you'll see a couple orings. Lube those up with ejuice (lip balm or mineral oil would be better). It makes turning the juice control smoother. That juice control can be a little tight at first but after a half dozen fills it loosens up as the orings get worked a little.

Sure is an easy fill, huh? Piece of cake. And reserve your judgement of the flavor for a week or so. You know how your taster fluctuates over time. Some days are better than others so after a few days you can average it out. DF is even more magical in these new Kayfuns. Also, when you get to the last 10% you will notice the DF is even sharper in flavor. It concentrates as you get to the end.

Maybe after a tank or two, change your wick. See how easy it is to remove the deck without having to drain the tank. Don't forget to turn upside down (the tank, not you) before unscrewing the deck. So simple it will motivate you to rewick/dryburn more often.

Happy for you that your initial experience was good. :)

Nothing seriously in particular ma'am ~ just another thing to coil with. A regular wire works just as good. Ribbon gives a little more surface area for heat transfer, thus vapor production out of it is 'supposed' to be higher than regular wires*.

*citation required

Only if wrapped flat Q. When flat more surface area is in contact with the wick so it's able to vaporize more juice in the same amount of time vs round wire. When twisted it looses that advantage. Space between coils becomes critical though as when squeezed it can become pretty air tight. Wicking issues are more obvious as well.

No, we're just a mile or so from the post office where it landed early this morning. I've seen shipments from UPS handed off to USPS, but not the other way around. Will go over to the Post Office tomorrow and ask who exactly is this "final delivery agent"

Oh okay. Yeah, I would go check it out too. :) That IS weird...but you already know that.

A Kayfun enthusiast would be my guess. :D

I have to say, when Robin said "airy", my ears perked up. I like airy vapes, guess that why I like the KMv3. Sorry if that's not right, I'm too tired to go look, and I don't have the terminology all down yet.

I'm still on the fence. :) That's why I'm still lurking here.
