Thanks a lot. I have very similar setup except of the air flow. Mine doesn't leak at all in up right position. But it used to leak when laying down and JFC 1 1/2 turn open. Now I open it only 1 turn and it doesn't leak. KF v3 is not behaving like this.

Tips on installing your M2L kit:
1) Have to do it without a coil on it.
2) There are three sizes. Hold them up in front of your monitor so the light shines through the hole. You can see there are three sizes. Keep them organized by size.
3) Use the middle size first
4) Align above the airhole. Push in with finger or small blunt point (like a small phillips head) until it bottoms out. To remove, use small flat tip screwdriver and pry out.
5) vape for several hours using that medium size. Try it at all the air control settings on your K5.
6) Based on what you learn from step 5, force yourself to install one of the other restrictors depending on if you want to go tighter or looser. Yes, I know that means you have to rip your coil out and build a new one. Oh well! <violin music plays in the background>
7) Repeat step 5 using the new size. Assess which of the two you prefer and stick with it.

IDK mine hasn't leaked a drop with it open 2 full turns but it really drinks the juice. I did pull the 510 pin and take it apart to lube the oring you can't get to without pulling the head out. You sure that bottom Oring on the head is ok. Mine goes through about a tank of 50/50 in about 3 hours of vaping pretty regular. Taste is excellent. There are 3 Orings on the head but one you can't get to unless you pull the 510 out and disassemble that way.
I also lube the Orings in the AF been through about 10 tanks doesn't matter if I lay it on it's side or leave it standin. I check it constantly but nothing.
I'm vaping a 26awg SS316L .44ohms TC on an SXmini Q class works perfectly except for the juice usage. Might try turning the juice to 1 turn. I'm using it at 2 full turns. How many wraps on the coil are you using I'm using 6 spaced 3mm with KGD.
Also I'm vaping it wide open. If it pulls more juice then mine maybe you have to shut the AF down a little if you are using the tighter positions.
Reply to my own I forgot SS seems to require a little break in at higher power now it is vaping fine at the lower settings I'm used to.
What most of people don't know that we have around 138 pyramids in Egypt !! But all of them are much smaller than the big three.
I'm loving it but glad I DIY if I was buying juice it would cost me a fortune. It's right up my alley stable TC and a slightly restricted lung hit wide open. It's like my STM's on steroids.
Mine doesn't leak at all when up right. But once I lay down for some time and go out in warm weather, it leaks. But now with only one turn open, it doesn't leak. And I check the wick regularly and it fully saturated. So may be you try only one turn and this could reduce your e liquid consumption
Well, I knew there were more than the big three but I didn't know there were that many. How big are they in comparison to the big three?
Well I tried 1 turn and it wasn't getting quite enough so trying 1 1/2 now. Thanks. I wonder if the ones that are leaking are because the AF is shut down too much causing it to pull more juice in. Or not pulling it apart and lubing the Orings before vaping it.
