Happy to be... Not Smoking!!!
For any one who owns the steamtuners tower, how do you fill it ? I use in this KF5 a 70/30 VG/PG e liquid and it is so hard to fill it because of the two small holes on the top.
Any tips ?
It looks amazing but till now not practical when filling.
Needle Tip Bottle or Syringe...

I switched back to my KM3...just cuz. No reason. I'm thoroughly enjoying it. KM3, K5...take your pick. They're both incredible flavor machines.

I mean it when I say that my expectations are exceeded thus far. This KF5 is now everything I dreamed it would be since Nov when they teased the KM3 and I thought it was going to be the KF5... Haha

As much as I want to support HHV, I grabbed my MTL kits last week at InTaste also.

SM is really leaving great vendors like HHV out to dry.
It's surprising and sad.

I mean, I can't even imagine what it takes to run a company like SM, or what pressures they're facing in the EU...but I just feel like this is the worst product launch they've ever had.

Is it a ploy to drum up demand?
Maybe they've done that in the past, but this time I doubt it.

Oh well. I'm sure something will give soon, and they might be able to redeem this product launch.

I am sure HHV won't mind me posting here to tell everyone why the product supply hasn't met demand and why the marketing has been completely different for the launch of the kayfun 5. Due to regulations over here in the EU, the Kayfun 5 had to be launched before svoemesto had sufficient stock on hand to meet the demand for what we all knew would be an extremely popular product. It was either launch it before May 20th in all EU countries or not launch it at all. The supply everywhere has been limited, but please understand that if svoemesto had adhered to their normal launch and marketing schedule, then they wouldn't have been able to release it at all.

Huge demand over and above what was expected compounded the problem, with many more vendors on board than on previous releases.

Now they are playing catch-up, caused by an earlier launch than they'd have liked, as a direct result of EU regulations. Also know that EU regulations mean the atomiser will have to be withdrawn from the EU market before May 20th next year.

These are tricky times we're in, due to inappropriate regulations being implemented across the world.

Lisa, thanks for your update. Here's the problem. Many dedicated Kayfun users were disappointed in their K5's because the airflow came nowhere close enough to meet their expectations. More specifically, it was too loose at even the tightest settings. The product was advertised as one thing but did not deliver. Even Svoemesto recognized this and announced a "cheap fix" shortly after the launch. While we were disappointed, I still don't know anyone (including myself) who wasn't willing to forgive SM and give them space to catch up because we also knew they had to rush this product to market. It wasn't a secret. In fact, I believe everyone was supportive of their decision and more than willing to be patient. OK, fine. We understand. But what we do not understand and what is the main cause of frustration is we hear nothing from Svoemesto. We have these K5s we cannot use, SM acknowledges there is an issue and they designed a cheap fix, then nothing. Not a peep. Not a word. So here we are six weeks after purchasing our K5s and they sit on the shelf waiting for this "cheap fix" and have not heard a single word from Svoemesto as to when they will be available. We find out simply by checking five different websites a day to see if anyone has them in stock. Happily, it appears those who want an M2L kit are finally able to get them.

Had Svoemesto come out from the beginning and said it would take six weeks to make the M2L kits available there surely would have been a lot of disappointed people, but we could deal with that a whole lot better than total silence.

We know you're not a SM employee so our frustration is not aimed at you. Quite the contrary. We are appreciative of you dropping in. None of us will abandon Svoemesto because of this. We all love the Svoemesto brand. I just hope Svoemesto knows that we are understanding but that silence makes us less understanding and we want to hear from them directly....good or bad. We'll deal with it. Trust me!

I completely understand your frustration about this. However, SvoeMesto's hands are tied, both because they can't post in most threads on ECF about this problem (and I shouldn't even be posting here) and because the restrictions of the TPD in Germany in particular mean they can no longer say what they'd like to say in public and can't make any announcements that could be perceived as advertising. If you check their Youtube channel, they've taken all the videos down, and they can't post to Facebook any more either. They did explain the situation on their own website, but can't post more widely about things like this.

Please understand, they are being as cautious as they can not to break any laws, and are racing to catch up with demand as quickly as possible. They aren't ignoring their customers, they just can't talk to them and explain themselves as they once could. M2L kits are getting out there to all suppliers in decent quantities, and would have been available in nice quantities had the original launch not been done in a massive rush to meet the regulatory deadline.

You just will not see the same type of engagement and announcements from SvoeMesto or any other European manufacturer or retailer because of these regulations.

Over the last couple of days it appears the M2L kits are now available to anyone who wants them. So this issue can be put to bed and we can move on whilst enjoying our K5s just like...

Indeed, hopefully everyone can be satisfied now, albeit later than we all would have preferred. I just felt it very necessary to elucidate the matter for those who aren't aware of the current situation in the EU as to why the EU had to be accommodated before the rest of the world, why demand has exceeded supply, and why there hasn't been as much communication as we'd have liked rather than have the suggestion that there was something dodgy going on left out here unchallenged.

Good to read about Lisa and Svoe. Not happy that they cannot even talk to there customers properly due to unclear legislation. It seems releasing a statement could be considered advertising as it stands. In the UK and having to live these crappy TPD regulations. Hopefully the UK will review the vape laws again and throw out the vape laws which simply don't make any sense. Still cannot under the 2ml limit or 10ml juice bottle limit. Just makes no sense to me.

Any suggestions on leaking in the K5? I've tried lots of cotton, normal amount of cotton and very little cotton. No joy whatsoever. Completely gushing out the airholes once laid on its side. Even for a few minutes. Never had this trouble with the K4 or Mini v3. So frustrating because the K5 produces such rich flavour.
