I think he forgot to mention that the airflow is adjustable? Maybe if he opened it up, he might have said more about possibly lung hitting. Also, did you see, and it has happened to me, the insulator/deck slipped and was almost touching the opposite channel. I did that once and although it wasn't completely touching, the twist was messing with my resistance. I like Grimm Greene, he was, I think, the first reviewer I remember watching .

Also of note...

When the positive block slips/rotates it can obstruct your juice flow channels.

Mine has to be perfect.

You may be right, something I'm curious about and will definitely check out.... I like that paperclip trick for that

I use tweezer tips.

Be forewarned though. If you tighten the positive screw, while it is assembled (tank in place), you can twist the internal positive block without realizing it.

Yes you can but will that still happen if your airflow screw is perfectly backed up to the positive screw?

KM3 is perfect for DLH, a li'l restricted - but very plausible, IMHO. I am a DL vaper. And I love this atty.

Restricted DLH is what I like. I'm not really a true MTL, I do love my K4 but the KM3 wide open is more my style. I've been using a Lemo2 for a year now, it was my first RTA and I'm still using the same one today. I love the restricted DLH in that tank, I usually have the airflow halfway open and it's just perfect. I also use JMK drip tips, like the Pico- on all my Kayfuns, and the Gaper KF on the Lemo2, excellent flavor with the restricted drip tips.

For whatever reason I'm not digging the KM3 drip tip, I actually prefer the K4 type drip tip. Not sure how everyone else feels about it?

Yes, and even more so...

The airflow screw occupies the center post. The part that is moving/rotating.

I just watched the video and noticed the deck too, it was driving me crazy!!! Great review and a great guy! Also met him at VCCT Tampa and showed him my KM3, since it's the tank I take with me everywhere I go :D

That's pretty neat! I wish I would of went to that, but couldn't make it... that's one thing I haven't done yet and been wanting for years

What exactly do you mean by, "restricted DTL"?

Meaning I'm somewhere in between MTL and DLH. I don't enjoy doing these huge lung hits, like when using an RDA or RTA with massive airflow, I don't get the satisfaction out of so MUCH vapor, plus too much of it kinda bothers me... at the same time I don't find a tight MTL draw as satisfying, so a restricted DLH or a loose MTL is what I like ;)

So then you're really a DTL but you take it slow. Maybe I'm thinking there is no in-between. In other words, you either inhale direct to lung or you go mouth first then to lung. Maybe I'm wrong since I never do DTL. My throat/lungs don't allow it. But I could see someone doing DTL at varying inhale rates. In your case...at a low rate.

I'd say I'm both, I do MTL with the K4 (wide open), but I prefer the additional airflow in the KM3 for a restricted lung hit.

I went through a number of RTAs trying to find what I like, most have way too much airflow and require dual coils. I finally realized that I don't care for any of them and will stick with single coil and no massive airflow. The Lemo2 is the max airflow I'm willing to vape, and even that one I never go wide open, unless I'm a little drunk :D

I started vaping late January last year... my local vape shop told me about VCCT, they're a big sponsor, and asked me to stop by. This was about couple months after I started vaping. Let's just say it was a "culture shock" for me and my GF our first time there :)

This year it was more fun, specially when you know who the "celebrities" are and know a thing or two about vaping...

You should go next time, it's a fun experience.
