Agreed...Ok , so I have had the mini for a few weeks and just realized something, until a few days ago, before I installed those dual coils, I was running 2 juices and although flavor was outstanding, I felt that the vapor production was just a notch below some of my other tanks. I then did the duals and filled her up with a 3rd juice and noticed a definite vapor increase. I took this increase as my build but now realize it was not. See those 2 juices I was vaping initially, were new, and I didn't know they were high pg mixes until last night. Anyways last night I wanted to test some 28g in the mini, to see if I could hear that slight after burn sound I have been talking about. I took out the duals and installed a 28g coil at 1.8 ohms (I also am comparing higher resistances compared to my usual .8 ish coil) but this time I put in some hhv juice that is 30/70 vg and boom, clouds! As it turns out those other 2 juices I was vaping before we're 70 % pg. So I'm thinking now there wasn't that much of a difference after all, which I kind of always knew. I just enjoy messing with different builds, always have, and I have always said there is not much difference between coil types, wire gauge, and resistances and I believe that. One may think there is a big difference, but if it came down to a blind taste test, I doubt one would be able to tell, if the wattages remained constant. Now if one had an extra sense, let's say sound, then that's a different story [emoji12]

I read somewhere that if you get the continued burning after a vape it is not a good thing. It is the coil still heating the wick because of the thicker wire. It takes longer to cool. This might also create more build up on the coil as well.Do any of yous notice the after burn sound ? I have brought it up before and at least for me, let's me know if my wick is of the proper thickness in the coil. I find about one second is perfect, maybe slightly more, but anything more then that and it's close to a dry hit and is too loose. Also the other way, if you hear none, too tight. The room needs to be quiet and you need to bring your tank up to one of your ears just after you disengage the fire button. It's a slight sizzle sound and is just the vaporization sound.

Where did you come from? Good to see you. I wouldn't call it burning, it actually is the vaporization. I believe the coil heats up, creates a vaporization and that vaporization continue Slightly after the button is released. I find it hard to believe that all vaporization ceases exactly once the fire button is released, it has to continue a split second after. Has anyone seen that video some time ago? It was a close up of the vaporization process in video and it is really cool. It's like millions of explosions and it just cannot, imo, cease immediately after you release the button. I have a 28g coil in the mini right now and even at 10 watts I can hear the very end of this vaporization process and it's about a second after the button us released. This time doesn't change from 10 to 23, it remains constant. The room needs to be silent and you must listen to it immediately after you let go of button by bringing the drip tip to your ear. This sound I believe to be common to all builds . The bad part about this sound is the duration , if its too long, i feel you have insufficient material, if completely not there, to much material . That's my theory and I'm sticking to it....I read somewhere that if you get the continued burning after a vape it is not a good thing. It is the coil still heating the wick because of the thicker wire. It takes longer to cool. This might also create more build up on the coil as well.

Technically, there isn't anything "off-topic" here. However, there is something called, "counter-topic" and that would include clone/counterfeit/knockoff discussion.Alright... So who else loves this thing so much that you're just frothing at the mouth for any news/teaser/confirmation of any kind that this same design principle will be used in a KF5?
I'm already planning and budgeting about $300 in anticipation of ordering two authentics on launch day (if there is one of course)!
I want news/teasers/confirmation/hints/anything!!!
KF5! KF5! KF5!
Sorry for the off topic.... Haha. I just love this mini so much that I can't wait for the KF5 (assuming there will be one....)
