I agree, although it's adjustable somewhat, it's not meant to adjust enough to accommodate something like a beauty ring. I think it can be adjusted slightly and I believe that if you do, you also have to adjust the AF screw along with it, so the plate screw has something to tighten to (unless you have your AF tightened almost all the way down). It seemed to me, and maybe it was something else, that when I tried to close the airflow (tighten down), and the plate screw didn't back up to it, I was getting a fluxuation in resistance, so I then adjusted the AF screw to the exact position to the plate screw and the fluxuation stopped...Is it just me or does the 510 pin need to be up all the way on the KM3? This was why I stopped using the Flow Ring because in order to use it, I had to adjust the 510 pin out a notcj which cases that lower piece (the squared piece) to be a tad loose and causes wobble and occasionally a no-fire situation.
I could out a spacer of sorts in there I assume as well I guess.
Just wondering if I'm missing anything.
