I'd notify your vendor and ask for guidance. They may exchange it for you or tell you to take your chances using a vise and pliers to crank it off. But get their approval first because you might bust it all to hell using tools.yes, i was never able to open.
If you remove the 510 pin, slide off the air control ring. it will expose the air inlet holes. perhaps placing an allen key inside one will give you some leverage.hi friends. i am newbie.i got prime a few days ago. I contacted seller. He sent a video how to open. But it did not work. My gf bought in russia. I checked on svoemesto. It is original.I'd notify your vendor and ask for guidance. Where did you buy it from?
unfortunately.it is so tight. If you remove the 510 pin, slide off the air control ring. it will expose the air inlet holes. perhaps placing an allen key inside one will give you some leverage.
Good Luck!
I sent mail to svoemesto.ı watched more then 20 videos. I tried allHave you tried gripping with a rubber mat or rubber gloves? I'm not sure I'd do anything too invasive though, in case you've got something so tight on there, you might need a replacement.
I'd contact the seller and inform them that you've tried everything in the video and it's not working. Maybe ask if they'd like to warranty it before you try too much more stuff, as that sounds like it is really wedged on there. If they want you to try "creative" solutions, get it in writing that if those fail, they will still warranty the tank.
Best of luck and I hope you find a solution.

Svoemesto has always been a high quality, reputable vendor. I'm sure they will stand behind their product.i think i gonna stop trying. Because i can not manage.better waiting reply from svoemesto
Happy new year. I wouldn't take tools to it. Rubber gloves have always solved any over-tightened sections for me. But if it came like this out of the package then that is unusual. As Bronze says, contact Svoemesto directly and I'm sure they'll see you right.thank all for your suggestions.wish all of you happy new year
I agree with your post completely. I sometimes have it in my head about certain things. My wife tried both spaced and contact coils exactly the same way I've tried them, and she honestly couldn't tell the difference. But I can.Once something gets in your head, about something different or something you don't like, it physically becomes real whether there is a difference or not..it's like that with me with SS wire. There's something about it I don't like, but it's probably just me and there's probably no real difference in taste. I can do a 6 wrap contact or one slightly spaced and I cannot tell the difference at all, so it's these quirky little things that with rebuildables, we can change, it's great. 2mm is small these days, but not that long ago, we were doing 1.6mm in our kayfuns

I was like you, spaced for silica and contact micros for cotton....but in the last year or so, tried spaced and they seem the same. I prefer contact though because they are more solid for my rayonI agree with your post completely. I sometimes have it in my head about certain things. I haven't done spaced coils since the old silica days in the Kayfun Lite! My goodness haven't we come along way since then!
Started with contact coils since using cotton and never really looked back or found anything to replace them.
