If you remove the 510 pin, slide off the air control ring. it will expose the air inlet holes. perhaps placing an allen key inside one will give you some leverage.

Have you tried gripping with a rubber mat or rubber gloves? I'm not sure I'd do anything too invasive though, in case you've got something so tight on there, you might need a replacement.
I'd contact the seller and inform them that you've tried everything in the video and it's not working. Maybe ask if they'd like to warranty it before you try too much more stuff, as that sounds like it is really wedged on there. If they want you to try "creative" solutions, get it in writing that if those fail, they will still warranty the tank.

Either the vendor replaces it or takes the risk of you busting it all to hell. If the vendor wont do either then you got screwed. If so, then I'd start taking tools to the thing. Clamp the base into a vise and grab the chimney with channel locks or pliers and crank that thing off of there. Use as thick a towel/rag as you can between both the vise jaws and plier jaws to minimize marring/scratching/denting the finish. Try not to deform the chimney by clamping too hard.
I agree with Bronze, if you are pretty good with tools. I wouldn't ever take major tools to my equipment, but I let the husband do it all the time and he's only ever done one thing wrong which cracked a tank. But since then, he's my go-to for things wedged/tilted/unopenable etc. I'm actually pretty lucky, although I'm fairly sure if he wasn't a resource for me, I'd try to learn to use tools.
I would really push them for a replacement honestly, or at least get a statement from them that you are going to try "unapproved" methods and they understand this may mean warrantying anyway.... If they won't give you such a statement, and you are uncertain about how well you will do using major tools, this might turn into a "warranty" or "chargeback" experience.
I say this mainly because this is a very expensive tank. You shouldn't HAVE to take tools to it right out of the gate and risk marring or scratching or ruining it and then be out money on top of all of it. There are other vendors, though you may have to wait a bit.
Just my thoughts though, you will have to decide what's best for you. Good luck with what you end up deciding to do.

Svoemesto has always been a high quality, reputable vendor. I'm sure they will stand behind their product.
Happy new year. I wouldn't take tools to it. Rubber gloves have always solved any over-tightened sections for me. But if it came like this out of the package then that is unusual. As Bronze says, contact Svoemesto directly and I'm sure they'll see you right.
I agree with your post completely. I sometimes have it in my head about certain things. My wife tried both spaced and contact coils exactly the same way I've tried them, and she honestly couldn't tell the difference. But I can.
I haven't done spaced coils since the old silica days in the Kayfun Lite! My goodness haven't we come along way since then!
Started with contact coils since using cotton and never really looked back or found anything to replace them.
I was like you, spaced for silica and contact micros for cotton....but in the last year or so, tried spaced and they seem the same. I prefer contact though because they are more solid for my rayon

Just curious and this might seem a silly question because it rarely gets discussed or mentioned. How high do you fill your Prime? I'm always cautious of filling right to the top because I always think a tank needs a bit of breathing space to wick properly. Has anybody tried fitting as much juice in as possible without issue? Kayfun Lite Plus' always had a hard time when overfilled.
I always fill mine to the brim nearly every time, and had zero leaking problems with it since I had it, about 3 months.
