I think dropins suck and have myself gone thru a dropin phase.
Wrapping my own gives me the best flavor and value.

I've sucked a good few drop-ins with varying succes and my Kabukies are still being used. As for my RTAs, an Ares was a disaster, Eden mods Rose3 and kayfun 5² are good but none of them as good as my Prime.
Incidentally, I refer to my Rose3 as my drop-in, it has a perfectly flat postless deck with two coil holes tightened with grub screws

Yup, I agree on the Ares, waste of money. I like how they included basically everything that you need. But no where as good as the prime. Not even on the same level. Another big waste of money was the Siren 1 and Siren 2. Was never impressed with these two either. After a few weeks, went back to my Kayfun tanks.

It apears to me that you are very wrong in this utterance. However, if you have a reliable source for this statement, I will bow to your superior knowledge.
Come on...your telling me that you are not asking for proof. Above is your response to an opinion I stated, to me it's a little sarcastic and is what started it all. When I say it "seems", why would you think I read it in some factual study? Anyways let's kiss and make up my friend

I agree. Actually because I never ever used a drop in coil, I really have nothing to base it on, but I have tried a few puffs when my wife use to vape a nautilus. I started out with rebuilding gennys over 7 years ago and still rebuild and will always rebuild.

I used some drop in coils when I first started, they were something from joy tech, next was the Pro-tank. After that was the Kayfuns, I never tried any thing else after that, there was no need to. The exception to that is in my Billet Box's I do use a drop in coil, it uses a Aspire BVC Coil. (Not The Nautilus Coil) That is because I never really found a rebuildable for The BB that I liked, I do still use them today. :|

man a birthday that close to Christmas...

My sis’s bday is on Xmas and it was assured she would get a ton of bday gifts because everyone was around for Xmas. No need to feel sorry for Xmas babies.

I used to get more, presents as a kid, then sometimes they would say they spent twice as much, and make it a combined B-day/Xmas gift. These days I don't really care, Christmas is not about presents, tho that is what it is marketed as. :|

Ha! You would not be the first, it's okay with me. My user name is based on my real initials and my Birthday. :)

Awesome...hacked you a while back, and this'll make it a lot easier on me to complete the job. Thanks, Bones! I'll finally be ordering some of those Dani Mini's shortly!;)

I once lost some brownie points when my boss walked in and anounced that it was his 60th birthday. "I don't look 60, do I?" he asked.
"Certainly not" I replied, (he beamed), "10 years ago you did, but not nowadays."

It seem that Americans and British are one people separated by a common language. - Source

Perhaps one day. They probably have some real good ones these days and I'm afraid I will like them so much that my hi end rtas will just sit. I think it's my pride perhaps, there was just a pride thing about rebuilding when drop ins first appeared. Maybe something that wasn't said, but I think rebuilders always thought those drop ins were for newbs or for those that weren't good with their hands and some took pride in that (stupid, I know). Also its probably because I just like building things, makes me feel good in a way . I think I got another 10 years before I might not be able to rebuild, so I'm holding on for now...
