I only charge mine with the included cable. I figure I now have 15+ of them thanks to these kits so I may as well use them.

It doesn’t seem to make much of a difference if I hold it upright/upside down as far as leaks go, but who knows. The juice in the mouth seems random to me, and I just had one by the pool for a couple of hours in some extreme heat (when any of my old gear would have been leaking like crazy) and not a drop leaked out.

I don’t think they are nic salts. I know at least one vendor website says that but Blu doesn’t, and it hits like any other 24mg regular juice I’ve ever tried.

Guess I waited too long. The DV site now list for 19.99 (discounted down to 9.00) and the Blue site says they're sold out. Oh well...

There were a few sites with them in stock, so maybe someone will point you towards one soon. I know I’ve started to see the $1 trial pop up in a lot more gas stations around here, so also just keep an eye out locally. You never know.

I only had one operating for a couple of hours and trying both ways and I haven't notice any difference either. There is juice that builds up between the pod and the device, but it is just condensation. There is an air hole between the two contacts on the pod.

I dunno. I have some 24mg freebase juice here and let me play around between the two for a couple days. Freebase takes for me like 8 to 15 minutes to feel the full effects of nicotine. Which ticks me off in the morning when I first wake up and want nic. So I chain vape high nic freebase in a RDA for 10 times or so. Doing high amounts of freebase works faster, but you will get most of it like 8 to 15 minutes later. This MyBlu, I feel the nic like 10 to 20 seconds later.

Let me second the thanks, @smoked25years. Your info has been super helpful about all these pod systems. I’m leaning towards the Infinix as a possible replacement for this eventually, but I don’t usually care for a unregulated device as 4.2 is usually a little much for me on a freshly charged batt and I don’t like the voltage decline that happens either. The Myblu seems to be consistent for the whole charge so I’m guessing it’s regulated. Hard to find many specific specs with these pod mods compared to how many are listed for all these other mods, haha, so I appreciate your mini reviews!

Glad it was helpful! The Infinix is pretty good especially for only $16-18 and the kit comes with 2 pods and a fill bottle. I've been happy with the reliability of mine over 2.5 months but I am looking for something better. I had been thinking about trying the Justfog Minifit but then I ended up stocking up on these $1 kits. The Vladdin RE device looks pretty good to me from the video that was posted earlier. I like that it is top fill. One of the reasons that I bought the Infinix was that a Youtube showed the drip tip being removed but they must have changed it because mine are glued on. As an example of why that matters to me, here's a photo of my Suorin Air after 1.5 days of use. The drops of vapor condensation build up. If it bounces around upside down in a pocket, those drops can pool at the opening and give you a nasty surprise when you vape. That's the reason that I try to keep vapes upright. And since you can't take it apart to clean it, it's sort of nasty to continue using the pod after a while. I think you probably should be able to clean up the Vladdin RE drip tip since it is a top loader. I wonder if the deck comes apart or if it is sealed shut like the Suorin pods.

Can't remember what all I've read. Do these leak if not kept upright?

It's the condensation that I worry about pooling up at the drip tip. In the photo above, you can see it very clearly on the Suorin Air because of the flat rectangular shape. This condensation happens with any type of vape. I try to keep them upright for this reason but I can be absent minded and forgetful. Fortunately, the drip tip is removable on the Myblu so you can clean it up.

Blu's website has announced a new line of flavors using nic salts called Intense. Says available sometime in July. Probably even more expensive, lol. My one working pod is still working fairly well. I still have to adjust my pull while drawing to keep the little blue light on for more than 2 seconds and still getting juice in my mouth about every 5th draw. Called again about warranty on 3 Walgreens units and a different rep emailed me right away to start the long process.

I suspect a new device and that those we are getting now are being dumped.

Oh dear. Just ordered a few more from them as well.

I'm so embarrassed. That's a whole lotta BLU!!!!!!! :D

I NEVER thought I’d have so many Blu kits lying around and be so happy about it, lol. But no embarrassment here, just glad to be vaping!

Welp, in all truth, Bookworm, me as well! (and I've got a whole lottttttttttta mods)

I remember you having a lot of mods and that was years ago, haha, so I imagine the collection has grown much larger since then. My last mod was the eLeaf Istick I think, right after my last MVP 20W finally died. It’s been too long.
As much as I loved the battery life on those, I’ll take the tiny Blu batteries any day.

Besides the MyBlu one buck deal, the next cheapest I've found is the Boulder Rock pod. Only 10 bucks for a refillable kit with a free 10ml bottle of eliquid. Two extra refillable pods costs 7 bucks. Tons of 5 star reviews too.
Thanks for the heads up. I ordered the Boulder Rock pod and two extra refillable pods as a backup to myblu. So far my SO will only use myblu. At some point the six I have will finally die and then I'll have a backup for SO to turn to.

Sure, I get that, totally. Long batt life is pretty damm attractive, but when one has more than (ahem) a couple of devices, batt life looses its appeal. Size and weight, specifically for purpose mods, sometimes becomes the most attractive element!

I still love and use two iStickies. I keep wondering when the heck they plan to go to the big recycling bridge in the sky!

This babe, heavy usage, is now 3.5 years old.

Now that takes me back for sure! My last one had a tie dye wrap and a carto tank, haha. But I gotta say, I’m loving all these pod mods that have come out since.

Just guessing of course but I think Cool Breeze might be right. Dump a boatload of these at $1.00 apiece just to get the Blu name in peoples hands and hope to make up for it in pod sales. Then introduce the pod system they should have had in the first place for those Blu users to upgrade to. The problem I see is the ONLY reason people are buying these is that $1.00 price tag. Even some who have posted here are buying multipe (10-20) kits just to get cheap pods and plan to move on to something better when the promotion ends. At regular prices, even Juul's pods are cheaper than Blu's and that is the biggest complaint about the Juul.
