I hated myself daily for the 27 years I smoked. I discovered vaping in 2014. Rather, than cut down I was just vaping and smoking still and a great deal. It wasn't until the juul that I was truly able to quit. It was remarkable. I didn't even have to try. I quit on November 3, 2018. My final pack of smokes is still sitting in my car. I occasionally find smokes laying around and have no urge. For me the only thing that worked was the Juul that has a very high amount of nicotine. Good luck. I am sure many of us know what it feels like. You too will be there one day. I don't even crave a cigarette. I never, ever thought I would quit and here I am almost going on four months.

I tried ecigs in it's infancy to quick smoking years ago and failed miserably. Bought this complete $180 ecig kit with cart's, I believe they were called Ferrari, and thought it would save me but if anything solidified my cigarette smoking addiction. I did not stop trying though, and finally got a set up that I enjoyed and could actually taste comparable, and enjoyable as cigarettes. REO's mod's and with help of some fine folks here, was the ticket for me to finally quit the analog habit for good. I still have my last pack of analogs as a token of my victory. I actually tried to smoke a cigarette several years ago and got sick...simply horrible, and cannot even take the smell. It's true. as an ex-smoker, I can smell cigarette smoke a NY block away.
I'm using different Mods now but have no desire to ever smoke. I started with 18mg Nic and now down to 3mg and some unflavored/0 mg nic.
Point is, don't get discourage! Many of us stopped smoking totally but it took some trial and error. Hang in there and many of us more than willing to help you in your journey to a better habit and good health.

I think half the battle when you are trying to quit, is finding a vaping setup that works for you.

So true. I'm probably about 85% of the way there. Part of it is working out what you don't like, and consistently being able recreate that "wow" experience that keeps you off the stinkies. I can always tell those days, they are the ones when I only have the occasional roll up, and then just purely out of habit, rather than because I need or even enjoy it.
