I just rewicked yesterday I think and the flavor is really muted, pretty much non existent. I don’t know how to explain it but it tastes like... a vegetable mixed with a hint of sugar.

It doesn’t taste burnt or anything like that but it doesn’t taste like grape jam monster either.

I’m really sad
This might also be what I like to call "flavor fatigue". Some refer to it as "vaper's tongue". If so, it's got nothing to do with your gear. If you vape a particular flavor long enough, it's perfectly normal for your taste buds and brain to become acclimated to it and more-or-less tune it out.

There's also another possibility. Vapers tongue. For real. It happens to all vapers where you reach a point all your juices have no flavor and it's not the equipment it's you. In particular your taste buds. Between the abuses they took from smoking, combined with new flavors being thrown at them with vaping, it can reach a point that tasting some flavors isn't possible.

Ways to know that are it happens with any or the most common flavors you vape and it's across all your vape gear. There are many suggestions and cures including eating pickles (which I like but otherwise find not useful for a vaping issue). But the best cure is time. Time for your taste buds to reset. I just keep on vaping right through an episode. I might not be getting the flavorful enjoyment but I'm getting my nic so I don't get tempted to have a smoke.

I'm not saying that's what you have, but do be open to possibilities that aren't necessarily related to the equipment and your ability to rebuild and wick what you have. If it's not a burnt hit or a flooded deck just stick with it, provide regular maintenance with cleaning and rewicking, and try not to get frustrated over the flavor variation you're getting. If you sense some sweetness and a vegetsbke/fruit you can't identify it might not just be your wicking that's the issue.

Is it the same flavour ?.

I vape with vapers tongue all the time. Two or three tanks in a row with the same flavour a lot of the time, can't taste a thing, along with just a very faint numbness on the surface of my tongue.

Soon as i rotate, a new flavour is crystal clear.

I’m not sure if others have suggested this but in addition to what you are already doing I use a small wire coil brush (a firm toothbrush would also work) to scrape off/ loosen any residue after the initial dry burn. Seems to help quite a bit for me.

If I understood you correctly, you just do one cycle of heat -> rinse -> heat to dry when you clean your coil. If so, you might try doing it two or three times or heating the coil longer before you rinse it. Brushing with a soft wire brush or hard toothbrush (only at room temperature!) could also help. I find it often takes two or three cycles as well as a brush before I get my coils clean, and that's with single wire coils. Just don't overheat the coil: pulse the power (and/or turn down the wattage) to keep it just on the edge of turning red.

If the RTA has good taste right after you rewick and it fades from there, it is wicked too tight, use just a little less cotton in the coil. When the wick is too tight in the coil it can't absorb enough juice to replenish what is vaporized. It is well saturated after you rewick so you get good flavor at first. If you can drip a couple drops onto the coil they the drip tip you can test this.
