But since that will never happen, they figure they can get the vaper's to subsidize the lost tax revenue from the smoker's.

In their eyes it's the same people paying the tax, just using a different delivery system to get what they need.

To me, all of these moves taken together globally are abt nothing less than increasing taxable income to feed filthy greedy soulless inhumanity, and the abject poverty of lazy minds realized by pompous arrogant Govt officials and mediocre scientists too afraid to see through the development of safer alternatives to raw tobacco goods.

Just curious, what about the FSPTCA and the way that cigarettes are regulated makes you think that the FDA doesn't intend for every word of their deeming to be in effect? Also consider the fact that any loopholes(like RYO/pipe tobacco) that were left in 2009 have been closed by this deeming.

Also, what purpose does it serve to believe the regs will be watered down? If you're right, great, if you're wrong and people aren't prepared are you going to provide for them?

I wonder what the Labor Day sales are going to look like...

Prolly alot of great deals for the few states that allow online tobacco sales.

I was down South afew weeks ago and seen smokes for 26 bucks a carton. If they can't stop online sales of stuff I wonder why people didn't just order cigarettes online??

I'm currently saving for sales over the next month, plus I have a $500 PayPal Credit Card. 4th of July is coming up.

For my part, I say NEVER ...

    Not another dime ...

And I think that many other vapers feel the same way. Threads here on ECF are filled with disgust and loathing for BT and "sin taxes" ... :-x

This is not like the cigarette taxes, that were increased slowly over a long period. This is like trying to toss the frog into a pot of already boiling water. I hopped out, and I'm staying out ... :2cool:
