Stick corned beef in roasting tray filled with 1-1/2" of water, fat side up. Sprinkle seasoning on top, cover with tinfoil wrap, cook at low heat in oven for a couple a' three hours.
Pour the renderings in with the cabbage you're boiling for some extra taste.
