i recieved my cjb unpacked it, followed the instructions, everything working flawless for 2-3 days then i flooded it. so now i have that great dripping machine people are talking about.after much study(or panic) of the jb and cause of flooding i found a solution
In case of flooding:
(1) remove bottle and follow carlos unflooding procedure(blowing through mouthpiece to clear atty)
(2) hold bottle in one hand and carefully squeeze until liquid rises to bottom of the neck of the bottle(can be lower-the goal is to remove as much air as possible)do not release bottle yet
(3) with other hand pick up jb and insert tube into bottle
(4) now turn the juicebox onto the bottle until seated
(5) once jb is seated tightly, release bottle
i do this everytime i install the bottle (refill, etc.)
this procedure has totally eliminated flooding

Explanation:
when the bottle filled with liquid is installed onto the jb the air inside the bottle gets trapped therefore creating pressure on the liquid forcing it up the tube and into the atty thereby flooding it.
by sqeezing the bottle before it is installed you will remove a substantial amount of air
and once the bottle is seated on the jb and you release your grip the bottle now will act as a vacuum stopping the liquid from traveling up the tube
Hope this tidbit is helpful.

Happy Vaping

ps.Clyde i will post a review later (lets just say the wait was worth it order#329)

Huh. How much should the bottle be filled before you put it on the jb? Halfway? Three-quarters?

And you are right about the trapped air. I can still clearly remember the juice travelling slowly up the tube as I screwed on the bottle. Will have to try that once I get it back. You may want to consider sending that to carlos and suggesting he put it in his instructions.

If that stops the flooding problem, mad props to you, mad vapor.

When you say 'the wait was worth it', are you insinuating that K-D and I got some 'bad slave' boxes?

Wow Nice tip Mad..

Carlos & I believe the smaller tube causes airflow issue tighter drag But less vape.
Remove the bottle & massive vape.
Add filler to the tip & bring more suction & a filter for those with issues.

Those are some things we came across trying stuff out.

Thanks mad.. When I get my atty back I will have to test that.

Yes maktak. we just waiting our atties to return. with slight improvement.
Carlo's is a good guy & thinking of getting another unit from him.. in a few months.

Make sure you drip for a bit to get use to when your running low on juice & try mad's tip.. I think that would work very well.

I removed bottle from atty & play'd with different idea's & found some stuff to help me out.

Sorry tina.. U asked for it. :p

So adding filler to the tip helps? I'm still not getting nearly as good of a vape with the bottle on

Know what you're going through; I'm the president ex officio of the 'c'mon c'mon c'mon club'. But the CJB is a very complex, handmade mod. Knowing now what I didn't know then, I'm currently part of the 'whoa, whoa, whoa' society. I'd much rather carlos take his sweet freakin' time and get mine just right rather than feel rushed to meet a shipping deadline.
