Ok now I'm sold on trying 24 in my Vectors! I like The Cure, but haven't completely fallen in love with it yet.

Do it man, after experimenting around, IMHO, the Vector goes from good to fantastic when it hits .3 ohms. This atty begs for heat and surface area, and when it gets what it wants, it oozes vaporious goodness. As for Peeps, Clark told me they come alive at 50 watts up. Had never tried it til this build, guess I'm pulling between 50 and 60 watts. I can't believe how mouth wateringly good this is.

.30 ohms would be 58.8 watts on a full battery. I'm in then. Ordering 24 for sure. The high vg of peeps was just uneventful for me. Maybe more heat is in order. I liked it, just not enough to reorder.

Just remember Damascus will rust. I recently milled a huge piece down and had to cool it with water it made a rusty mess everywhere. Looks cool but....

Thanks for the tip CH! Don't want to deal with any rust.

Actually it depends on the the type of Damascus. Stainless steel grades are very rust-resistant. However, this top cap may just be a carbon steel grade. Don't know.

Even so, I have a Damascus Infected mod I use regularly which looks as good as the day I bought it.

Tom...Manta is a delicious vape.....:)

Had some coils made but forgot what ohm they were, after checking .7

I stuck them in anyway...tucked close to the deck, higher resistance than I wanted but it vapes perfectly fine.

Will make some .4's for the other Manta.

Thanks again..!

I believe it was for sunbox doors. Could be wrong, though.
Correct.. Not made by me though. I just milled the steel down to make it workable.... I have zero interest in Damascus steel after that. I have never seen steel throw splinters before. I still have Damascus splinters in my feet and hands. Never again.

:D I do recall you saying they were for SB doors. Did you ever see the completed project?

Splinters in your feet..... So you're doing that barefoot milling again?

That crap will go through your shoes in a heartbeat. Seen it imbed in polycarbonate lenses in your eye protection, too.
