I have read with great interest all of the raves regarding Bestecig. While I totally agree that the shipping is VERY fast, it's the quality of the product (pen-style battery) and total lack of customer service that I have a major problem with. I purchased several atomizers and a battery from them in mid May and while the atomizers seem okay, the battery was dead after one charge (no, I don't drip). I have sent repeated emails to these people but have not received a response in 2 weeks so my advice to anyone is BEWARE. They sell JUNK.
Purchase from a reputable U.S. company that stand by the products that they sell (there are some very good sellers here).

Jeff--sorry to hear that and it is rather odd as I have ordered from them many times without issue as well as many others here--Beci chen always returns his e-mails within 24 hours and I have to say that your experience is in the minority from all the experiances I have had and heard about. IMO the BEST BE112 is the best atomizer on the market------------Sun

Hi Sun, thought I would add my .02.

I purchased 5 801 (BE112) atomizers and 5 801 batteries and from my experience, neither of these products worked well for me.

The batteries are *way* over-sensitive. They react to and discharge at the slightest bit of sound or jostle. This of course shortens their use, especially if you're carrying spares. Your spares lose their charge!

The atomizers are by far the worst I have ever encountered. All 5 tasted horrible. I could hardly get that nasty metallic taste out- ended up boiling them each for a minute and then (after drying them for several hours) drenching them in juice and vaping that nasty taste constantly before I could get them to somewhat work with a cartridge. And even then, I had the worst experience trying to get them to wick. Switching to fluval seemed to work a little but then suddenly all 5 atomizers died, one after the other. I am not sure if it was the batteries I bought from best-ecig or what, but it was very odd to see them die one after the other.

I will give major props to Beci. I emailed him and within a day he answered and within 2 days he was shipping me 5 new atomizers (the original 5 all died within 3 weeks of receiving the original shipment). He is very courteous and helpful in his emails.

I hope it was just a bad batch. We'll see.

Thanks for the responses. As I said, I tried repeatedly and after weeks, still no response. It is true that the atomizers purchased from 'Bestecig' tasted terrible but at least they functioned. As I said, buyer beware since I would never again purchase from a company that refuses to honor their warranty or have the courtesy to respond to emails.
I have had nothing but trouble with batteries lately. I got a bad one from Puresmoker (great customer service) and another from Vaporguys but they replaced them. I prefer to always have extras around and I am ready to purchase some more but I really don't know who to trust especially now that Puresmoker is no longer selling pen-style batteries.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Huh, I have around 7 of his atomizers and only one has truely died. One had a horrible taste after my passthrough went nuts and melted a cart, but a good cleaning fixed that. Im on my 5th one just cycling through as they get nasty and my carts start getting dark after a few days. Ill clean them later on to reuse. The batteries I will agree with are horrible, I had 3 die on me in a row so I had him replace them with atomizers in my next shipment since I had built a battery box mod.

Had to throw my hat in the ring. After starting a thread asking which was the best 801 atty, and getting an overwhelming thumbs up response on the BE112, I place an order for attys and the crazy cheap blank carts to test the waters (I've never done an overseas order before). I can't believe it. I placed the order 10:30 Friday nite, and got it at 9:00 in the morning the following Thursday (today)... 5 1/2 days!!! That's crazy! Yeah, the carts don't have caps, but they do come packaged 5 in a little ziplock bag, which for me is even handier.

So glad that all of you had such positive experiences with this guy. The next time any of you are in contact with him could you please ask him to respond to my emails because he sure seems to be ignoring me. Perhaps it's just when someone has a problem that he hides!


Jayemel--you keep coming into this thread and smashing a Supplier that most of us have had very positive experances with. As a matter of fact we notice that besides welcoming --this is the only thread you post in. Well all I can say is he does answer his emails and replaces defects without wanting any returns. -----------Sun

Which email address are you sending your emails to? When i had a problem I tried emailing him at bestecig@hotmail.com, and didn't receive a response for 2 days, then when i tried him at info@bestecig.com I got a response in 2 hours.

Beci does not hide. Ever! He's the best!

Try changing the subject line of your email. It may be getting caught in the spam filter.

i did my first order from BestEcig-Newest Mini E-cigarette|E-cigarette|wholesale e-liquid the other day. Got it verry fast and order was 100% correct!! if you add him to MSN he is on 3-4 times a day and will alwas answer my questions. I only ordered a case and extra charger becouse i have a local guy that i get everything else from becouse he has stood behind what he sales and gives 1000% on costumer service.

I recently placed an order with Beci and was very pleased with how quickly I received the package. It has been one of the fastest order to door step experiences I have had to date from any supplier. My problem though has been with the quality of the equipment. I ordered a five pack of atomizers and batteries for the pen style model. I have had my order for a little over two weeks and so far two atomizers have gone completely cold and three out of the five batteries have such sensitive switches that they turn on anytime they have to travel outside of the house (or occasionally if I give them a funny look). I have not contacted the supplier yet since if I have to report hardware failure I kind of want to do it all at once so I have no comment on the customer support at this time. Has anyone else had equipment batches that had high failure rates from this supplier in the past? I have heard to many good things to not follow up on this but wondered if perhaps recently maybe a bad batch of equipment slipped through the cracks? Thank you.
 
Well, I've just got my 901 from Beci.

It took 11 days to come from China to the local PO. Rather quick, indeed.

Unfortunately I had to pay custom duties. However, I will not ask refund from Beci, since I was probably caught by customs because I import things a lot through mail, and anything else I imported would surpass my monthly limit. it's probably my own fault.

I'm quite impressed with the product quality. EXCELENT packaging (the charger and cable in separate boxes inside the kit box gave me an excellent impression), EXCELLENT manual (with color pics), great build quality. All cartdriges come with rubber cap and plastic cap, and with a rather good amount of juice, great vape.

The BE901 gives good vapor, constant (doesn't diminish from continuous vaping like the Health brand), easy drag (easier than dripping on the Health). So far I have nothing to complain about the batteries (I haven't noticed them starting up without dragging). Menthol flavor is nice, but Marlboro (with a tip of mint that stayed on the atty after trying Menthol ;-) ) gives quite a nice throat hit (not harsh, but adequate) and lots of smoke.

I didn't like the silver carrying case I ordered. It is practical and great for carrying, but I thought it was plain, however it came with a butterfly pattern, it would be great for my wife but not for me lol.

I'm quite pleased with the service. Let's see how long these lasts (since my Health which is crappy is lasting nearly two months, I believe this 901 will last longer). I plan to order a passthrough and more pre-filled carts soon, along with some backup attys.

I ordered a five pack of atty and 4 died within 2 weeks. I contacted Beci and he is sending new ones out. I sent a email at 4:17am and at 4:50 he had replyed back. This is the 3rd time I emailed him he has always promptly and considerately answered my emails whether I had a problem or a compliment. I am a happy customer and will be ordering more from him.
