Yeah, I know. If I go for a walk in the woods alone, I won't be alone. I'll feel like that pretty little blue birdy. :?:

Naw. I'll show you where they are so that you can avoid them. I sure do! Can't stand to have my picture taken! picture.gif

It is. And since that $1400 of bills, I haven't used a bit of it since. I'm using ceramic heaters and the fireplace.

I wish I could have given you what was left in our tank. It wasn't much, but still. We asked about being refunded for it, nope, not company policy. But they pick up the tank for free.

Wellll, that's kinda the point. Anyone trying to sneak in is asking for a heap of trouble.

Around here, the farmers got rid of unwelcome visitors with a load of rock salt, delivered to the visitors posterior with a 12 guage shotgun. When I was young, one of my friends was caught stealing apples from a nearby apple orchard. That's what the farmer did to him and he couldn't sit down for a month. lol

I was hoping you would show me but I'll probably forget where they are. I'll probably even get lost in your woods. I can get lost at Walmart. I need a GPS implant so you can find me. :p

For those of you that worry about me camping out in the woods by myself, this is a view from my campsite. If you look behind and to the left of the walnut tree - that's my house on the skyline overlooking the ravine.

Fading evening light reflected in the creek. You can see some of those limestone slabs in the background.

Another strange water shot

Haha! I pulled "a Sandy". Didn't pull it off as well though.

A poor camper's cup holder. :D

Rave, when I saw that first shot of the ripples around that rock, I thought what a neat photo it'd make. I see you did, too.

I like the cup holder! Interesting wear on the rocks. Do you know why rocks sometimes wear in holes like that? I have some I found in California with holes like that.

All that you need is a compass, Terry. Take a compass reading as soon as you enter the woods and note which direction is "home". Then if you do get lost, keep heading in the "home" direction.

There you are! :D

Most of the rocks that we've collected around here are from the bottom of the ocean. There are tons of bivalve fossils, crinoids, corals and sponges. Dunno, but that one may be a coral. If so, it's the largest that we've found. If these weren't ocean bottom rocks, I'd say that it was from water continually dripping. But the holes curve and twist.

Gotta run folks. I watch two television shows a week: "Survivor" and "Naked and Afraid". This is Survivor night. Later!
