Hallelujah!!!!! Now give the poor woman and bf some time to rest and recover. With six people to unload, should be a breeze. We are talking about three months of unrelenting frustration and anxiety here.

Six people? Nope. It'll just be Terry, her BF, and me. And I'm a cripple with one useless hand! But, we'll get 'er done.

I'll let her tell you about their adventures on their way here.

The closing, I believe is Wednesday at 2 p.m. Until then, we get to relax and they have a chance to unwind. Sure is nice to have her here. We never, ever seem to be at a loss for something to talk about. In fact, we were up until the wee hours as per the norm. It's great to have someone like Terry to talk "vape" with. She finally got her vapemail that has been sitting here waiting for her for just about forever. I gave her a blue istick for a housewarming present. In a couple of days, she'll have a whole 'nother address. And ....

Good morning residents and guests. Good to hear the Eagle has landed Rave. Hope everything goes smoothly Wed.. It's been long in coming. We're having gorgeous weather here. For once, I don't have a lot to get accomplished. I'm thinking about making spaghetti and the trainer is scheduled to come.

I might do some transplanting since fall is the best time to transplant. I already moved the purple plums and a couple of lilacs. I'm redoing the irrigation system in the front area next spring but decided to transplant this fall. I went ahead and ordered some of the irrigation products so I could get this zone half straightened out this week. The rest of the zone can wait until spring. I'm splitting this area into two zones so it will water better. I'm also installing a new style of tubing that has 1/2 gallon outlets every 36 inches for the sand cherries and the sage brush. Should be a lot less work to maintain than the individual drippers have been. And more dog proof! The dogs run through the area and they knock my drippers loose.
