The east coast and the west coast are going under water. Could happen at any time now. 
I read an analysis that said it would take something like a few million nuclear bombs, 10 megaton bombs, to produce enough heat to melt the Antarctic ice cap. The East and West coasts would go under water then, but I think the fallout would be a bigger problem. Plus, why bomb Antarctica?
