You should see what I'm wearing on my left ring finger. No - we aren't engaged and have no plans of going that route. We both have bonds to land that we never want to leave, and we're content with our current relationship as is. However, we just wanna mess with the minds of his family members. That can be fun.

How about a picture? Can you do a selfie of your hand?

Beautiful photo! It looks like it belongs in one of those catalogs from which you order bulbs. Just looking at that, I'd be tempted to buy the narcissus and the grape muscari. It makes me long for springtime even more because I know that I put a ton of bulbs in the ground this past fall. Can't wait to see what'll come up when the season is finally upon us. It can't come too soon for me.

Sounds like the horses are appreciating the more hospitable temperatures as well. It's great that Penny seems to be recovering. I hope she continues along that path. :)

I'm looking forward to seeing my BF today. He's had a rough week because the inclement weather conditions directly affect his job. Buses in his/Terry's neck of the woods had a terrible time navigating through all of those winding, hilly back country roads in the slick and snowy conditions. Some got stuck. Some lost traction and ended up where buses shouldn't be. Methinks the BF needs some major spoiling to recover. Heaven knows he spoils the heck outta me. Wow, what a ring, Raven. Looks serious to me:)

Good morning, Voltnics.

I have a small list of things to do and then I am going to rest up for my big night on the town. Spring is springing around here but just barely:) Chilly at 27 degrees overnight and in the sixties today. Woot!

We definitely need to work on yard clean up this weekend.

Sitting down, facing forward.
moanin' Voltville.

Nice ring, Rave. Who's the ring bearer, LOL?

It was 8 again this morning when I got up but it's already 32 and signs of melting are appearing. There's still a lot of snow in the trees, especially the evergreens, that'll probably fall today as well. There was a small drift on the back of our roof that has been falling off in sections since last night making us look outside to see what that noise was. No critters at all on the security cam, other than Mrs. Awsum, me and Bo going by. There are squirrel and rabbit tracks all over the yard though, so they're out there. The birds keep feeding/pecking at the paths I cleared to the sheds and basement door.

Bo is getting a bath today. We take him to PetCo where they have a "do it yourself" doggie wash. He won't get in the sink, he's a little big for it anyway, so we work on him on the floor. There's a floor drain so that's no problem other the insult to Bo of having a bath.

I've already got laundry going and some other domestic chores done.

I can assure you there will be no wedding. She says what she means and means what she said. Sorry, no party.

AH - But it seems Ya' missed the one word that was so important in that sentence "Virtual: very close to being something without actually being it. : existing or occurring on computers or on the Internet." . . . ;)

Oh .... welllll ....

It's a man-made black diamond with five whites on each side.

Gorgeous Rave. Y'know, you can really have commitment without all the legalities and complications that go with it in a relationship. I'm just glad to see you've got someone to share life with and whether they're a soul mate, spouse, significant other or whatever doesn't change much. We got married for the same reasons you're not. We started out life together and each have all rights to everything the other owns and our child together will be sole heir. If something happened to one of us remarrying would complicate ownership, inheritance and other legal things. Really happy for both of ya. :)

I opted for trying to bathe Lexi in the bathtub. That ... didn't work out so well at all. It's a shame that she wouldn't lower herself to get anything wet in the creek other than her paws. That woulda made it easy.

WELL - Looks Like "We" NEED To Have A . . .

Exactly. There are other complications aside from neither of us wanting to leave our own land. I have a need for a great deal of privacy and solitude. Like four or five days a week. It drives me crazy that the younguns are living here and will be until their own house is completed. He (my BF) has a need to buy everything in sight. It would never work out combining households. Plus, as you mentioned, there are inheritance factors. I've already promised the house and land to my daughter. My son has (or is working on) his own. I've already given him the land. And then there's this whole other big thing: my Copaxone for my MS. If we were to marry, I'd never be eligible to receive it for free. I can't afford over $4,500 per month. He's got money, but not that kinda money. So yes, we are committed to each other and completely exclusive, but don't need the complications of marriage. We're happy with things as they are but wish that we lived closer to each other. That's the only downside. Still, he's always there for me, and I'm always there for him.

Speaking of the BF, I'd better go make myself beautiful. That'll involve a lot of wood putty probably. Maybe even a time machine.

SO - True what Ya' say there, however what I do not understand is how can "You" make yourself any more beautiful . . .

Especially when "You" are already "PERFECTION" . . .

True! Let's bring it up a little bit!
Now observe closely!

First take a look at THIS no need to watch the whole video! Just to get an idea about the music.

And now let's change the music, watch this Same video, different music, fits like a glove, more epic :D

I couldn't stop laughing, like japanese cartoons. :D
