Being sedentary does not support keeping the joints moving and lubricating them.
The funny part of "aches and pains", for me, is that I ache when sitting or relaxing but when I get moving it all goes away...until I stop again.
Some days I have to push it to get started and in about a half hour I'm fine.
I sleep on an air mattress, and it was cheaper than anything solid. If you want, you can toss it on top of a bed, or even box springs.Yeah, the motivation to get moving can be hard to find sometimes. I just got up and did some little stuff in the house and feel a little less sore already. Wuzz, you might want to look into a new mattress, although they're more like buying a car nowadays.

That is what I bought. I also bought a pump with it. Wal-Mart. No holes, yet. Definitely not a pool-raft.What kind of air mattress? I've found they get leaks and I can never find them to patch them. I should probably get a better quality one, but I want to know what works before I spend a lot. I'd like to have one I could inflate for guests, then deflate to put away. Would that work with yours?

Can't remember who said it, but you're right: I am lucky to have such a great friend in Terry. Some people "complete" you, y'know what I mean? I couldn't have a better friend.
