In all honesty, I really don't think Mr. Schumer et. al. are the idiots. They are counting on the general population to be the idiots and allow them to continually chip away at our freedoms "for our own good." Sad to say, but there's an awful lot of stupid out there. Our political classes have nothing but contempt for an individual who thinks for themselves and chooses to educate themselves on an issue rather than seek to control others through fear and deceit. Think I'm lying? Go back through all these deeming threads and reread where people have posted their responses from our dear "rulers."

CJ, absolutely! I`m of the opinion that they have used low voter turn out for some time to rig elections, and that every registrar of voters office needs to be turned inside out. But I should stop there less I get slapped due to the turning of the topic. Ima zipping it, LOL.
A lot of people are too busy or too lazy to think/educate themselves. Just a fact of modern society. We are becoming a society of sheep. All government has to do is herd/condition our action/response.

Just think of it like this: If the world wasnt full of idiots these people wouldnt still be in office. Ask a hundred people who there congressman is, 90 of them wont know because they have no idea who they voted for. People like Schumer are only electable in a society that in general care more about "Keeping up with the Kartrashians", which star is dancing whom, and who the Bachelor is going to pick than anything else. Too many sheeple are still asleep.
I agree 1000000% but the kink in that plan is that the only people that can pass the laws to cut that money off, are the same ones getting paid by it.
The fact that the liberals in political positions are so dead set against vaping saddens me greatly. The only good thing that the current administration has accomplished is a change in tone at the FDA on vaping. The only explanation is that they haven't bothered to read the newest studies, like the one done by The Lombardi Institute at Georgetown University. Oh, and the

Eh, don't bother. I wrote to him and Gillibrand when the deeming regs came out and didn't even get a stock "thank you for sharing your opinion with us" form letter that usually gets generated.
