Really beautiful variety of drip tips listed tonight! @Kayte :)
Hi YoursTruli! Welcome! And thank you. :)

Angel, Princess Angel has only gotten cuter since I last saw a pic!
What are you going to put on your floor?

I like doing projects like that. Doug is (finally!) putting the handles on my window thingies and they will be DONE! Well... unless I decide to do something else to them. haha! No. They're good the way they are now. I've got to stop tweaking things.

Thanks chili! I sure hope you enjoy it!

Kayte, I think we just going to sand the concrete and stain it...have seen lots of people doing that lately, and it can come out really nice...both of the boys know people who have done that, so I'll probably get one of them to do it...I just got so tired of looking at that old flooring that the dogs had ruined and was coming up in places, that I just decided to go ahead and take it out now...heck I've had nothing but concrete in my hallway and the boys rooms for years now...my room is the only one left with carpet and that's only because I can't move the waterbed to take it up...if I ever decide to change my bed then that carpet will be outta there! :p

Stained concrete can be so beautiful! My daughter had that done in the whole house when they built it. (I think they did the stain and acid thing so it made a neat design.) After 10 years(?) it was pretty worn in high traffic spots so they decided to go ahead and lay wood in the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. They're enjoying the warmth these days. ;)

If I was stuck with carpet I hated, I'm afraid I'd take a utility knife and cut the carpet all the way around the bed so I could get rid of 'most' of it. Can you just imagine the look on Doug's face?:lol::lol:

Still playing with my new mini ProVari "Pink Ribbon" and last month's purchase of Raspberry Twist works so well on top. Kayte, this was during your "water color technique" time" and the tip has a white base with what looks like a "wash" of red leaving lighter areas of dark pink. I must of had this tip in mind when finally deciding to pick up the Pink Ribbon. :)

The flash lightened the pink coloring.

It got cold here too...at least for us anyway...in the low 40s overnight...wasn't expecting it and didn't have the heat set, so woke up to a cold house...little Angel is definitely my girl...she slept in and let us all sleep in today...and she woke up so happy...I've never met as happy a baby as she is.:)
