Here, the ingredients are right on the label, down to what fertilizers were used to grow the plants, and what extraction method was used. They also are required to put their lab test results on the packaging as well.

In NY state, they charge a $150 fee just to get a permit to shop for medicinal use. Then the cost of the product. So of course the black market doesn't disappear, they can undercut it without even lowering quality if they wanted. As to illness from medicinal or recreational dispensaries, there are no uniform regulations from state to state on what can be sold, and what's to say a person gets the "legit" product from the store but supplements with some less expensive, or better marketed, stuff off the street? How do you know which one was the problem short of having all the cartridges available for containment testing?
The license here cost it's about a hundred bucks a year. I don't know what's killing people. I don't think it's electric cigarette juice it's something in the CHT I'm sure of it. They just want to give us a bad name. What are we supposed to do go back to smoking cigarettes? We're getting punished for the potheads. Young very young potheads.

The up side is all the aussie vapers I know have a stock pile of 100mg nicotine sitting in their freezers.
If it was legal and you could just pick up some nic juice at the vape shop we wouldnt have had a need to stock pile unflavoured nic to mix with the legal flavoured 0mg juice.
Every 3 to 4 months I import another 200ml-250ml of 100mg and break no law doing so.
