Many congratulations, jcalls! I don't know why, but as I was reading your post I saw an image of a parade with ticker tape and the marching band was playing, "Stars and Stripes Forever!"

Nice job at the B&M, too! :D
LOL thank you! :D

Most people around here don't know/do dripping because of it being a pain in the .... to do, so they stick to tanks. So it is my duty to enlighten them and show them the world they are missing. This guy couldn't help but stare at it and the plumes of vapor, smiling and telling me how ridiculously awesome this thing was.

Today is a great day! :D

Get used to it! This happens a lot. At the local shop, vape meets, random meetings with fellow vapers in the wild... :)
That's one thing I'll be looking forward to getting used to. :toast:

Alright time for a long well thought out review of this item.

There ya go!

Your bubbling-over attitude is contagious! I couldn't wait to read what you had to say tonight, and you didn't disappoint! Wow....you have two very classy looking REOs there.

Good job at the B&M today.....LOL. REOs really sell themselves, don't they? I went to a local B&M last week and before I left everyone in the store (5 people counting the two people who work there) had tried my REOs (had three with me)....and everyone said they wanted one. I actually think a couple of them will order. I wrote down the website over and over and over (should have had some cards with me.....!!!)

 I read that, (bolded) then looked over at the "Location: Reoville" in your avatar and thought, no HERE EVERYBODY knows/does dripping (from the bottom).... Hahaha. Nice avatar picture, BTW. Also......did you notice you've hit 100 posts? Cool.

Yep, I pulled every move I could to make sure even though I wasn't going to be home when the carrier came by, that it would get signed and delivered. And there I was, at work, sitting down staring at the pc, looking at the clock, ticking slower than ever... :D

It's a great feeling when you leave someone speechless while holding a REO. I guess instead of talking people into it, you just gotta take a puff and let the magic dust Rob puts in them do the rest. The million dollar question: do I see more REOs in the future? ABSOLUTELY. I need at least one more for strong flavors (cinnamon/menthol). When? Well, I can't really tell, gotta give it some time as my wallet is dried up lol. Also gotta pay back a loan for the new car, along with its insurance and the plate which was around $1000. Yeah, I'm down :p. My job doesn't pay that good.

I'm in Miami, FL btw. Here (at least from what I've seen) most people roll around with eGo batteries and Vivi Novas/Protanks. Forgive them, for they do not know what they are missing. :D

This is all I could think when I was on the fence about whether to order one or not. DO IT!

I heard the very same voice. Witchcraft I tell you!

By the way, where can I get a Chalice or Hornet RBA? All of the sites I've seen are out of stock :p. I'm getting into RBAs so I want to try some different models. The owner at one of the vape shops I frequent asked me if I could make him a sub-ohm coil on his RBA. It was the IGO-L. Needless to say the RM2 is miles easier to rebuild, and using the exact same coil/wick the RM2 hit smoother and gave more vapor. I've heard good things about those two so I might give them a try some day.

I'm also itching to try dual/triple coils. But I'd rather wait to get more comfortable with RBAs before going all crazy on it :D

Well, a Chalice is almost impossible to get....people who have them aren't selling, and the guy who makes them isn't making them...at least for awhile (Mark Bugs.) And the Hornet....I can't remember who sells those. If you go to the sticky thread about which RBAs fit the REOs, it'll probably be in there. The Chalice costs $150....if you could find one....and the Hornet was $75 last I looked. Anyway, they're cool, but neither is all that. The Chalice is pretty sweet, but the Hornet is harder to build than the RM2....and no better IMHO. You have (with the RM2) the best bang for your bucks right there.

Couldn't agree more. So far for the price the RM2 is a gift fallen from heaven. I'll probably get another one to try different builds.

Also found this site: Rebuildable Atomizer - Atomizers
They seem to have a looooot of RDAs. I always like having diversity available in case I want to try something new.

*DISCLAIMER*
***The above statement does not apply to REO's products. The only new thing you'll want to try after owning a REO is more REOs***

I just noticed LOL :D

Great jcalis! This was a great thread to vicariously (word borrowed from Aarhus) follow. Vape on, hope to hear lots more from you on this forum.
Thank you! Yes I'll be around a lot, sharing the joy of the REOs :D.

I put a smoktech clear xl carto on the white REO. Decided to test what would happen if I accidentally flood it. WOAH, I flooded it bad yet only a bit of juice actually made it to the drip well, and within a minute the carto was working again! Awesomeness.

Hornets are okay - currently running 2 on my minis, but I'd rather use RM2s. Hornets fit on minis, have close posts and very tight working space. The juice feeds up one of the posts so there is no draining of excess juice. The draw is also tighter than a stock RM2 and I had to drill mine out a bit.

That doesn't sound so desirable :D. I might as well save the cash and get me one or two more RM2s.

So I finally decide that one REO would be for beverage/fruity flavors and the other for sweets' flavors. The thing is, I had already put a strong Absinthe flavor on my white REO. I take the bottle out, wipe the tube, blow through it to get the remaining out the connector to the atty which was almost dry. Then I replace the bottle and the cap. I put the new flavor (Legendary, which is like Chocolate/Banana nut with hints of Vanilla and Caramel) on a Smoktech XL 1.5 ohm cartomizer. After probably 0.5 ml, it still tastes different and I can taste a bit of the Absinthe. Well, I *think* the juice itself is already lost, since I myself made that Absinthe juice with extra flavoring, so it is reaaaally strong. I still have to try it by dripping it on an atty though.

Of course I don't want to change the tube, it's not cinammon/menthol which is a real feat to get rid off. So what's a good method of getting rid of strong flavors? I read about shooting some vodka up the tubing. The cap and O-ring I'm not really worried about it, I got four and two of them are clean and ready to go. Just the tubing which I didn't really clean (my fault expecting the Absinthe flavor to go away, but I probably left too much in the tubing so that it got mixed with the other juice)

I got a new hobby between. I go to the B&Ms, pull out both REOs and start hearing the whispers "OMG what is that? Cool!" & "DAMN that throws crazy vapor." :D I let the owner of the store actually try the REO for the first time. First thing he says, "So you finally did a high VG juice. What is this, about 30/70 PG/VG?" *Puts shades on* Nope, 80/20. *Exits*

jcalis, I forgot to mention, you can just about get 2 RM2s for the price of 1 hornet. :)

You prolly got a bit of the strong juice in the cap above the oring. You may want to slide that cap off, pull the ring out (I use a paperclip to pry it out) and wash it all really good, then reassemble.

Love the vape store hobby! Our guys at the local place are so cool, even though they don't have REOs. :D I've posted before that they are expanding and hiring new help. So the last time we were there a new guy had to know what I was using. :) Just spreading the word, and the word is REO.

Have fun!

I did replace the cap and bottle before switching flavors. The thing is, the juice is strong, and doesn't mix at all with the new flavor. So I did everything as I should, except the tubing. I didn't flush it. So some of the left over juice probably got back into the new bottle. And with the strength of that flavor, just three drops would change the whole thing. Can't try anything atm though since I'm stuck at work :p. I'll try filling a bottle with vodka, flushing the tubing, then hot water. :D

Let's spread the word! The world will be run by one and only one word, REO!

I'm trying so hard to hold myself from buying another RM2. I've been looking and looking and I just can't seem to find any other RDA as good as this one for one hell of a good price. It's the beginning of September but to me in terms of $ it feels like the end of the month when you just paid every bill LOL. I want my two REOs with an RM2 sitting on them. The vape is as good as it gets, and as easy too.

I ended up putting up my Provari on Ebay. I didn't want to at first because I wanted to sell it to someone in ECF, but everybody is trying to buy it for too little. It's a full kit like brand new with extension cap, lanyard, battery and all, for $190 shipping covered, so you are saving like $60. But the people who pm'd me (about 6 I think) either wanted to remove part of the kit or get it for $150. I put the Provari up for $190 as starting price on Ebay (no shipping included) and I already got bidders. I might even sell it for higher than expected. You know what that means?

YES, RM2s!

Good luck with the eBay sale....sounds like it's going great. Yeah....you need at least one more RM2.....you'll never get any arguments about needing more REOs or RM2s from anyone here.... :)
*Whispers*
I'm secretly hovering the Checkout button.
Who am I kidding? I NEED 2 RM2s.
*Goes away to order it*
