Thanks for the advice :D. I never remove it actually, I was warned about it. But, there's a first time for everything right? :p Plus I was curious about the tubing (which is now stained by my freshly mixed orange/pineapple juice, may I say that's a sexy color) The delrin cover screwed back on perfectly though so that's a relief. To be honest when I took the screw out I was surprised at the length, didn't think it screwed into the body itself. :)

I do have to admit that I like to familiarize myself with my new toys. If possible in the future I'd like to be 100% confident in being able to repair a REO completely. That's one of the reasons I love it.[/QUOTE]

Me, too....sorta. It makes me a little nervous tearing something down, but I'm always curious and usually end up there. I actually REBUILT a little Mini recently. I was nervous, but I did it....then I was sooooo proud of myself.

Congrats! That's awesome! I'd get nervous too if I went to rebuild a REO :p.

And damn, that Orange Oil flavoring from Wizard Labs, tough stuff. Even after replacing tube/cap, rinsing with vodka/hot water, soaking the RM2 on vodka for 10 minutes and rinse with hot water as well, I could still taste a bit the orange. What a beast that flavoring is. Better find another orange flavoring because that one is too much trouble.

Well, I finally managed to get rid of it. Also the flavor I was trying to put was not particularly strong, but now I got a nice 1.2 ohm micro coil cooking some tasty Miami Vice juice. :D (Which by the way I only have about 4 ml left in the bottle. Guess I know what I'll be doing tomorrow :) )

How do you make Miami Vice juice? Cool name.....I was in love with that show back when (and particularly Don Johnson, if truth be known!!)

:D I don't make it myself, I get it at my local vape store. But I guess to make that flavor you would use a pina colada flavoring (or pineapple and coconut, guess that could work too) and half strawberry. I suppose adding something resembling daiquiri would give it a more true flavor but I'm clueless as to where to get that.

The actual drink is mouth-watering.

Fancy a drink anyone? :D

Good to know that Jcalis, I thought it might be glued to the nipple.
I thought so too. I watched Rob's rebuild video and he did put one drop of super glue on the nipple before sliding the tube completely in (Get them naughty thoughts out of your head :p) That would indeed make it more trusty, but really, I tested how much force I had to apply to pull it back out, and there was a lot of resistance so you won't pull it out by doing the usual stuff.

I was scared of messing with the tubing but damn that was painfully easy. I saved the stained one but I'll have to look elsewhere for another orange flavoring.

Robert is shipping REO's with longer tubes. That way you can cut it to the length you want.

Orange flavor is a oil. Flavors with oil react different to the tubes and bottle. I have stayed away from all oils because I do not want to vape an oil!

Awesome. And yes I will now be wary of oil flavorings. That was not nice at all :p. I'll start getting orange cream and whatnot instead.

I went ahead and ordered what I think should give me a Miami Vice juice. Went to TFA and got pina colada, strawberry ripe, and jamaican rum (only one I found and was too lazy to look elsewhere :p) Ideally it should be strawberry daiquiri but I could not find that flavor, all I found was 2 sites that sold that flavor e-juice. Oh well, we'll see how it turns out.

I'm far from being an expert on the subject but it is my understanding that an "essential" oil does not contain lipids like true "oil" oils do which you definitely don't want to inhale (like what comes off the frying pan with canola oil in it :)). I think the citrus oil flavors are noted to react with polycarbonate but not the kind of plastic in our reos. From what I've read, the "essential" oils are as safe as any of the other stuff we are vaping. But don't take my word for it. Research is always advised.

From what I have gathered in my study our lungs will evaporate water based but not oil. It will just kind of sit there.

I do know that oil based flavor is more likely to saturate and stain. Maybe it won't actually harm the plastic, but it might still be absorbed.

I also know lots of people use flavors with oil and have no problems at all.

Thanks for that info. I think I'll stay away from oils, or at least if they are as strong as that orange oil flavoring. The odor is literally almost impossible to get rid off, and the tubing will be badly stained.

Ever since I started doing nose hits I've been draining both batteries and juices really fast. I can easily go through 6ml a day. Thank God it's 0 nic :D.

So I was thinking about selling my current laptop which barely gets any use but still it's an Alienware that cost me at the time a hefty $1200 and getting a cheaper one. The thing is, a second after that thought, something came through my head. "Get another REO+RM2 with the spare $" Oh God not again...

I'm not gonna lie I did think for a split second of not getting a laptop at all since I barely use it and straight up get 3 REOs and save the rest for a Woodvile. LOL

I am not buying any more laptops. My tablet (Nexus 7) does everything a laptop does and more. *g*

While I'm not going to sell my laptop yet, I see a future where my phone/tablet is the main computing unit, and keyboards/monitors connect wirelessly. It'll take a few more iterations, but true 64bit architecture on the phone is extremely exciting, especially for developers who'll then have the same underlying architecture/tool chains that they are developing for.

Sorry, not to thread hijack, just excited about the A7 processor that was outed the other day :D Occupational hazard :)

That split second thought sounds most common sense to this fellow Reonaut. Go for it!
I know right? :D

I'm a PC fanboy. However tablets are one thing that I really love. You just remind me of that. Thanks! I might look on buying a high-end tablet instead. I used to have an Asus Transformer T1 a year ago and it was stunning. Wait that means I'd end up with a lot more spare $. Oh damn, I don't even have to say what I'm thinking, right? :p

I was thinking of trying a variety of bottom feeders, just for the sake of having differents (vmod, bogger box, etc.) but I can't bring myself down to it. It is like purposedly spending money on something you already know it's inferior to what you have.

I'm an old school PC guy and I could never see myself replacing a computer I built with high end parts for a phone/tablet as my main computing unit. I love PC gaming way too much for that :p. However replacing a laptop for a phone/tablet that you describe, that's pretty much a given for me.
