I can honestly say I never expected cartomizers to taste this good considering how inexpensive they are. But the REO makes them taste great! They are always soaked and when I squonk I get 2-3 hits full of overwhelming flavor. vaping a delicious Mojito juice on one at the moment, it's epic. At least it's good to know you have an inexpensive way of putting new juices that you don't want to dedicate to the RM2 and still taste great.

On Friday I should get 4 new flavors. One of them is a replacement, because the vendor mixed up one of the juices I ordered a couple of days ago and instead of 0 nic they sent 24mg, which of course is just completely out of the question. However support was excellent and they offered me a free replacement and on top of that instead of being 15 mL as I had ordered, they upgraded it to 30 mL for free. So it was great customer service.

***And a big shout out to Rob, a pleasure talking to you as always. You are one of those people that one would love to just sit down, vape on and talk for hours. Many thanks again!***

Slow down, slow down, I can't keep up with the Jcalis':)
Come on fellow Reonaut! Jump aboard, the speed of light will seem slow compared to what awaits us! :D

I'm loving the Mojito flavor. One peculiar thing I noticed though, and it's that when I tried it on the vape store the fruity side was more pronounced, it had like a little extra something in the flavor, the menthol was really faint. On my REO with a Smoktech 1.5 Carto I can really feel the menthol, but the flavor of the lemon is not as strong. I'd say they are about equal. Let me put it this way, a drag off the store sample felt like a good fruity hit (as good as it can get with a tank anyways :p so muted :D), a drag off the REO felt refreshing, the flavor was more "complete" and true to what Mojito tastes like but lacking that side taste. Could it be the nicotine? The store sample was 12 mg, mine is 0 nic. I was thinking of getting another 10ml bottle of 6mg nic, and combine it with the 0 nic to get around 3mg. Does nicotine tend to alter/concentrate flavors? I remember back when all I had was two 6ml bottles of 6mg Halo Malibu juice, the flavor seemed more "out there".

I'm not sure about the nic affecting the flavors like you're saying, but I'm thinking maybe this stuff you got needs to steep a little while. The store sample had probably been there for awhile....and had steeped plenty. The stuff you have may have been just recently mixed and might taste more like the store sample in a couple of weeks.

I know nic has it's own "flavor" of sorts....but I don't know how it affects other flavors because I never vape without it....at least 10mg.

If memory serves right (because I was there when he got the sample pack from them :D) he has had those samples for about roughly two weeks. The ones I bought have been there for close to one week, so it could be possible. I'll give it a go at seeing if it's nicotine affecting the flavor. I'll exchange one of the 0 nic bottles I bought which is still sealed for the 6mg one and see if it resembles the taste from the sample. If it isn't I'll let them steep for a bit.

Indeed it was mostly the nicotine. It was spicing up the Mojito flavor with its peppery taste. I mixed it half and half so I was vaping probably 3mg, but with flavors that contain menthol the throat hit is a lot more forgiving. The color of the juice changed instantly too.

Also I just realized that these cartomizers that Rob sells are for less than $2, and they perform so damn good. I might have to stock up on those, specially the smoktech xl clear 1.5 ohm ones, they work wonders and at least I won't have to change the bottle every time I want a different flavor (or use a tank with the adapter). I used to go around with about 7 tanks, so you get the picture :D. Flavor swapping was constant. But that's the great thing about the REO, with the adapter you pretty much can use anything: tanks, rba/rdas, carto, attys.

Well, I don't really know what else to add to this thread. I think it has reached its ending point. From "Convince me" to "I can't stop buying" :D. And so it came to be that this thread became part of the history of Reoville, the tale of a new Reonaut brimming with happiness and joy as he now walks the sweet colorful and tasty streets of Reoville. Here's a couple of random pics to seal the deal :D

Here's a really awesome drip tip, too bad it was so airy it produced less vapor and made me cough.

The rarely seen, which is why I did it :p. Showing that the REO not only gives you the perfect vape combo but the versatility to have it all.

My two babies sitting in the middle of a swarm of juices. After all, it's not rare for the juices to want to be vaped from the REOs. They know what's up :D

I swear every time I try to let the thread go I always come up with something new that I want to show. :p

So there I was, just the usual, vaping off the king of kings (the REOOOO) while looking at my collection of tanks. Two Vivi Novas, two Protanks, an iClear 16 and iClear 30, a Kanger T3. I was kind of sad to see them gathering dust, so I started thinking of ways to use them and still enjoy a good vape. The thing is, I tend to not have an all day vape, or even two. I change flavors so often I rather not have to change the bottles. It'd be kind of inconvenient. I could easily cycle through 6 flavors a day. If one day I end up with 10 REOs, then that problem will be long gone :D.

So I looked at the Vivi Nova head, and thought hey, this looks rebuildable. The coil is just pushed in, and the two ends of the wire are tighten by two pieces at the bottom. So I looked around to see if someone had done it. Sure enough, some threads and videos pop up. So, long story short, I rebuilt the Vivi Nova head, with a 1.6 ohm cotton coil. Well damn! It vapes pretty damn good (for a tank) It still doesn't come close to actually dripping/bottom feeder on a RM2 for example, but it gives a pretty good vape. My local vape store recently got the new Protank II, and along with it some new 1.5 ohm heads. I grabbed two of those as well. It gave them a reason to be used.

So now (or when my other RM2 arrives) I'll have my two "all-day vapes" in the REO/RM2, and cartomizers/tanks for the rest/less preferred flavors. In other threads I've read of people saying that it "defeats the purpose of a REO". I disagree. It just shows one thing, the REO not only gives you the opportunity of enjoying the ultimate vape combo, but the versatility of using any setup you want. It's the all-in-one package. Yet another reason why I don't see myself ever looking for another device. :D

And pictures!
Here's the brand new head for the Vivi Nova.

And here it is mounted on the REO.

I just realized, are REOs coming with longer tubes? Either that or I pulled mine a bit out while replacing the cap (is that even possible :D), but I tried pulling it afterwards and it seems pretty locked in place. My black wrinkle one has a tube that fits just about right, but the white one had a tube that went a tiny bit past the bottom of the mod. It is feeding perfectly, I did cut it because it was bending and I had to find a specific position for the cap for it to feed bent. I actually would like it if that was the case, of them coming with longer tubes, cutting it to my own choosing is awesome.

On the plus side this was the first time I removed the black cover. It was nice seeing what was inside, gives me a better understanding of how the REO is built and works.

Careful on removing that black cover too often. It screws into the body and it's sorta easy to strip the screw....and it's a booger to fix. Don't mess with it just because you can...... :)

Thanks for the advice :D. I never remove it actually, I was warned about it. But, there's a first time for everything right? :p Plus I was curious about the tubing (which is now stained by my freshly mixed orange/pineapple juice, may I say that's a sexy color) The delrin cover screwed back on perfectly though so that's a relief. To be honest when I took the screw out I was surprised at the length, didn't think it screwed into the body itself. :)

I do have to admit that I like to familiarize myself with my new toys. If possible in the future I'd like to be 100% confident in being able to repair a REO completely. That's one of the reasons I love it.
