I've been reading about keeping it warm, I think I'll try it in my bread proofer.

I probably wouldn't have gotten it if it wasn't on sale, since I already have at least 3 PC's (the set like you have, my mom's old Revere ware copper bottom one, and the HUGE one that holds qt canning jars). But it's perfect for me now, since Andy moved out. I got the 6qt one, and it still has lots of room for whatever I want to make.
