Well you know me, I happen to see a vaping as enjoying a long term existence throughout the world. I always did. I read what investors think, not what vapers think, which may be the reason i have a cheerier outlook on all this. Fear doesn't really speak to me so I don't pay it a lot of mind. I've been thru much worse things, to be honest.

I like what Dimitiri said; stockpiling isn't the solution. The solution is to call your' reps and senators. All these people giving up and filling the freezers with nicotine need to be calling the government, if they don't take our side vote the idiots out. Heck there's a rep, where I live, who said he'll fight to keep vaping alive. The next elections are when we can FORCE the government to take OUR side.

If I lived where you live, I'd definitely vote for that rep. But most of us live in districts where all the candidates are completely indifferent to our plight. No matter how much noise we make, those candidates know we're just a small (single digit) percentage of voters, and the only thing they're willing to commit to is the generic, "I'll keep your concerns in mind".

Anyway, I have no confidence at all that this can be fixed by voting, and I'm very glad I've spent the last 2-1/2 years stocking my freezer and buying quality gear that will last a lifetime.

"If you want peace, prepare for war". Nothing wrong with doing both. Call, write, and email, but be prepared to take care of yourself, rather than rely only on a hope for change.

No One said Stockpiling was a Solution.

But just like wearing a seatbelt Doesn't prevent an accident, it Does prepare one for the Eventuality of an Accident if one does Occur.

I'm Not Sure why one can not be an Active Advocate who contacts their Reps and tries to get Retailers to carry the message while at the Same time having become Self-Sufficient with e-Liquid/Hardware?

And whereas I would Love to see some New Party Representation in the Senate for the State I live in, my choices are somewhat Narrow. And my Choice of Party is Non-Existent.

Under California's nonpartisan blanket primary law, all candidates appear on the same ballot, regardless of party. In the primary, voters may vote for any candidate, regardless of their party affiliation. In the California system, the top two finishers — regardless of party — advance to the general election in November, even if a candidate manages to receive a majority of the votes cast in the primary election. Washington is the only other state with this system, a so-called "top two primary" (Louisiana has a similar "jungle primary").

In the primary on June 7, 2016, California Attorney General Kamala Harris and U.S. Representative Loretta Sanchez, both Democrats, finished in first and second place, respectively, and will contest the general election. Incumbent Democratic Senator Barbara Boxer decided to not run for re-election to a fifth term in office.[1] This is the first open seat Senate election in California in 24 years.[2]

No, There really Isn't any reason to Post the Oblivious. There have been Hundreds of Thousands of Posts about How Screwed Up the FDA is. One More isn't going to Help.

Or get us Any closer to a Non Screwed Up FDA.

What, to Me, would be a Happier Note would be a Federal Judge making a Sensible Summary Judgment. Or a Rally that is being Planned in the Major Cities. Or how the Majority of Retailers had banded together in a State to Fend Off some Pending Legislation or Excessive Tax.

Or legislation passed to curtail the excessive reach.

If you ordered it at $55 wouldn't they have had to honor it? I did see it someplace else for $69, but it said none in stock for the pre-order. I imagine $95 is closer to what it will/should sell for. I was pretty shocked when I saw $55

Only if they charged the amount to your cc. Typically on a preorder, the charge is not processed until shipment occurs. Or at least that's how it's supposed to work. You're really just ensuring your place in line once available. UNLESS, they post something like "Special $55 if you pay today on preorder, regular $95 at release".
