I received mine today as well, and I love this thing! It tastes SO good! Did up the double coil with the wick ring and it's working famously. But I have question. Am I missing something, or does the tank itself not come apart? I tried unthreading the bottom from the glass to no avail, although I wasn't trying too hard because I didn't wanna bust my new toy. I wanna swap the clear o-rings for the black ones if possible.

It does come apart you just need to really go for it the first time.

Just like the v1 they seem to REALLY tighten it in the factory, just unscrew from the top or bottom metal part with a lot of force and you'll be good!

Ya know something? It didn't, not for the glass anyway. I saw the small black ones, but it's just the red & blue tank rings. Well crap.
I hope they'll offer black ones soon..it would look slick on it. It's somewhat puzzling as to why it wasn't included, and there's still none to be found yet.

got mine day before yesterday. rocking the duel coil deck at .3 ohm and this blows away my subtank mini`s. airflow is way better which is what i was looking for. cleaned it and filled it and it was leaking. i read a couple of posts about removing the inner juice control ring so i took mine out and no more leaking! i know i must be doing something wrong because i tried putting the inner ring back in today and sure enough it started leaking again so i took it out and no leaks. any clue as to what i`m doing wrong?

Make sure that you lube up those black o-rings as you are putting the V2 together so that they won't get kinked or pinched during installation is all I can recommend. I've had not one drip/drop or leak since I received mine, and I'm using All the pieces that came with it. If that don't work then I would look for machining irregularities or burrs in the threads. China's QC is questionable, as we all know.

ok, when i put the inner ring inside the outer knurled ring i make sure i line up the pin on the deck with the cutout on the inner ring. which direction closes the juice flow, clockwise or counter-clockwise?

Sorry, I was on the phone for awhile. You twist the juice flow ring the same direction as the air flow adjustment to open/close, they go in the same direction. That's the easiest way for me to remember.

I have a question. On my inner juice flow ring I have 2 notches for the pin, not just 1. How so the rest of you ? Just some good ole China QC at it's best again ?

Edit; Smok, make sure that the inner ring sits down flush on top of the air flow adjuster, flat, flush not tilted or cocked in any way.

yes. mine has one notch. i`m guessing it would not affect performance.

yeah i line up the notch and cutout on inner ring but when i tighten up base with the tank it looks like there is a small gap between tank and juice control. i will play with it again in the morning.

Mine has a Teeny, Tiny gap also, like maybe the width of a hair, but is a consistent gap all around the tank bottom.
