actually may bad, invoiced means it has shipped, When we get an order through as we ship them, they get turned into invoices. So yes, it shipped. Also you should have gotten a different e mail from stamps.com with your tracking number if your e mail address was input correctly.

I got my shipping and tracking info the day after ordering. I was hoping to get it before the weekend, but it looks like it'll get here on Monday instead. Wanted to get my batteries and charger from my local (an hour away) vape shop tomorrow which didn't carry the gripper, but has the 18650s and what not. I'll probably still go and get something anyway, and just hope they fit :) It's still pretty quick shipping, mostly just me being impatient :)

**edit**WOO HOO!!!! Just refreshed the tracking page for the 400th time, and it shows that it will be delivered today instead of Monday! Processed through my local POs faster than expected. SWEET!

Well, I need to say thanks for the fast shipping, and I hope you meant to throw in your clicky pen - I had a good chuckle thinking of someone signing invoices, then tossing the pen in by mistake, only to realize it was missing AFTER sealing the envelope. I'm sure that's not the case, but it was an amusing diversion ;)

The display screen on the MVP had a lot of scratches - I'm hoping it is just a protective plastic layer, though I can't seem to remove it. The puff counter only said "1" so I can't imagine how it even happened . . . .
But it doesn't interfere with me being able to read the numbers once they light up, so no harm. And of course I couldn't wait to try it out so now it says "150" after a couple hours of trying to find the perfect position to hold it :)

Anyway, this thing is certainly about to become my travel PV - it can even recharge my emergency stick batts if my clearo dies or something! Thanks Jason and ENS! (love the red Vivi tube too!)

I guess I'll be the first to post a negative comment:
I was sent the wrong order, looks like they switched my order with someone else, as I received their merchandise and invoice. I understand mistakes happen and that is not my complaint.
My complaint is that when I phoned the store and told them about the mistake, I was told that I have to contact (email) the person who does the shipping. This, to me, is not acceptable. I contacted the store, THEY should handle fixing their mistake.
So I emailed both sales and support, and I received a response from sales (I assume the person that I spoke to on the phone) stating that they believe the mistake was already caught and the correct item may have been shipped to me already. And they would have someone (I assume shipping) contact me.
No one has contacted me. So now I'm left with not knowing if my correct item is on its way to me or not.
Again, mistakes happen, no problem. But the way that it has been handled is poor in my opinion.

That is because We ship Monday-Friday Its on the front of the site. Chops is normally really good about getting back to folks. He is actually going into the shop today on his day off to ship orders because we have been really busy. I will call him and make sure he gets in touch. with you today. The people upstairs in the store have absolutely nothing to do with the shipping process and they have no access to actually help/fix anything. Our Shipping guy is there M-F from 9 am to 5 pm. So under normal circumstances nobody would contact you until Monday. But since he is going in today he will be in touch today. So hopefully that explains to you why you have not been contacted as of yet and will possibly clear it up for folks as to when our shipping guy is there. All shipments are pulled from the site every day m-f at 9 am. Orders after 9 am are shipped the next day. Sorry about that Whodat but we will still get you taken care of either way. Here is a picture of 95% of our crew from our 2 stores. we are about to add even more people to the fold with our third brick and mortar as well. There is always a lot going on and we have to delegate certain responsibilties to certain folks or it would just be chaos lol.

I Just talked to him and he will be in contact with you. The funny thing is he caught the problem the same day and even hand delivered your proper package to the post office that same day. So why you did not get them both at the same time is beyond me. No idea. Maybe it will show up Monday. either way he will be in touch though.
