I can't wait to hear him cry when PayPal/Ebay finally gets around to freezing his account and denying him service....they may have not done it yet, but it will happen sooner or later... it's kinda hard to keep up with the 40k plus postings in Ebay...but then separating the US vs 'other' country's sales/buyers is the thing there...
One thing we zenfidels have always been known for -- our detesting of the flippers and speculators, it really pisses us and our leader off and has gotten us into trouble a few times here at this forum -- but you would know that if you did an iota of research, you selfish opportunist, go sell some food at triple the price in a storm-damaged area, vulture..........damn I wish I could use the VF emoticons on here!!! 
C'mon Burton there are a lot of people that wait, or try really hard to get a zenesis APV to better their health and quality of life, it's not right for you or anyone to take an opportunity, (at a reasonable price, out of the hands of someone who works really hard for their money, to enjoy a finely built and esthetically pleasing product), just to make a profit.

Exactly. You do have the right to do whatever you want with the devices you own. ENS also has that same right with the mods they currently own as well (choosing who they sell to). The only way it would be illegal for them not to sell would be if something like this was said. "Hey white man, we don't sell to your kind." or "Hey homo, we don't like gay people here, so get out."
Something like "Hey, you've already bought two of these and re-sold them at a much higher price than you paid, so we're not giving you anymore" is perfectly fine.
Poor, poor, Flipper. You're barking up the wrong tree expecting any pity from this community. I'm sure your customers are very satisfied with the devices, but that has nothing to do with you. You didn't create that device or make it available to the public. That was House of Hybrids, and ENS. What you did was deny access to retail pricing to 2 people and essentially extort money (almost $500 for a $279 PV and over $700 for a $320 PV). How did you customers feel about paying that kind of money? You're on here posting as if you were merely a customer that was refused service. You're not. You're a scalper, and no better than those companies that buy out Ticketmaster leaving true fans that want to attend those events having to pay 2-3 times as much for the pleasure of a seat. Kudos to ENS and Mike for preventing you from basically raping our wallets.
The right to refuse service to anyone doesn't have to explain what its for. It their right and they have a choice. Go cry somewhere else , you won't get any sympathy here. You are trying to make money, that's it. Go get a real job

It might not be a bad idea to address the issue before this gets out of control and people can get the story from the horses mouth so to speak.
I know ECF isn't reddit, and vice versa, but they are probably the two largest communities on the internet for vaping, and this is spilling on both sites.

ENS gave out my name which i used "securely" to purchase my devices on their website and then ZEN decided to post my real name and my wifes real name to get people to "flood my inbox with love notes" and "chat him up in public"
