mjckman, I know there are a couple of NoLo (does that work for North of Longmont?) vapers in the area, as well as a few of us in Boulder county.

As for the Cake Craft prices, I honestly don't know. They're out of my area (I use Colorado Cake Supply, in Boulder, on 30th street, beside Best Buy; they stock about 20 flavors) and I just did the search from the Lorann's site and cross-reffed with Cake supply Colorado, then read the web site. (My Google-fu is very strong.) I assume they're higher than $1.40 or whatever Lorann's charges, but you're paying for their shipping and convenience, plus their brick and mortar costs.

PG -- check with your vet, if you have pets, or a local vet if you don't. Since it's used to treat some fairly common skin problems, they should have it or know where you can get it. Look to the outlying suburbs (Brighton, Parker, Frederick, Dacono, Castle Rock) rather than LoDo, horses and other large animals being less common in LoDo and SoCo...

In Brighton there's an American Coop across the street from WalMart.
1 gallon bottles. Pure.

how much are they selling a gallon for? a gallon seems like a-freaking-lot! just wanted to know before make such a drive =P

on another note, i just discovered Capella Flavorings and they seem to be much better than LorAnn! Also was introduced to Bickford but haven't ordered from them. Capella is cheap right now, there's all kinds of discount codes floating around making it some great deals:

FREESHIP - free shipping no min buy
BUY5 - buy 5 flavors get two free
BUY7 - buy 7 flavors get three free

all expire Dec 2009. 1st or 31st i dont remember.

i'm hearing dont use the 'Water Flavorings' just the 'Flavor Drops'

It's somewhere between $25-$30. Same as what you'd get online. A gallon IS a lot, but it'll last quite a long time, too.

I visited Cake Crafts on Monday. They charge $1.60 for a dram of LorAnn's flavors and $1.99 for a 2oz bottle of Wilton's glycerine. Pretty darn good, IMO.
The staff at Cake Crafts is wonderful, btw. They asked me what I was making with all the flavors I bought up, and thought the whole e-cig thing was pretty interesting. The gentleman who was working the counter (owner perhaps?) even suggested other sources for water soulble flavers. Very cool!

Also, for those of you in the Denver area, the Colorado Scientific Company on Lincoln sells some useful supplies. They have all the lab supplies you could wish for (flasks, graduated cylinders, etc.). I picked up some graduated pipettes and dropper bottles while I was there on Monday. Their prices aren't as good as buying in bulk online, but they are good in a mixing emergency.

Yanno, if you've got dry skin (and who up here doesn't?) a gallon of PG isn't a bad idea. I've got minor keratosis pilaris (it's a dry skin issue where I don't slough off the dead skin fast enough so the hair follicles get papered over with dry skin; it looks a little like very minor acne on the backs of my arms) and the standard treatment is... PG. Something like 80% of the adult population has it to some degree or other, so having a gallon of the stuff on hand doesn't seem like a bad idea.

Post #111 http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...nded-september-2-prohibit-sale-e-cigs-12.html

There is also discussion here: Public Service announcement anyone?

If you are interested in spear heading... participating... what have you in this effort... RyGuy has offered his services and as he is in Colorado, this would be the thread to get this message out.

Any help would be much appreciated and this video could be used for a MULTITUDE of purposes... including being used for the efforts in Kentucky by two members of ECF who are working together to keep a ban of ecigs from occurring.

LorAnns I went ahead and got like 20 different flavors from everything from cheesecake to methol since i use to be a KOOL smoker

I think that some of the LorAnn's flavors taste kind of funky, so that might be part of the problem. I get a chemical type taste on the exhale of some.

If you are trying not to cut your nic too much, just add flavor rather than adding VG or vodka or something. I usually add 20% flavor in my mixes, so 2 drops flavor & 8 drops nic juice. That would put you at aprox 21mg.

I've tried a good chunk of the LorAnn's flavors, and so far I only really like Strawberry Kiwi. I think I just don't really care for LorAnn's.

Hiya folks!

I've been kinda lurking in the forums trying to get as much information as I can about all this. I have been vaping for almost 80 days now, went from a pack of Camels a day to E-cigs. I bought a Smoking Everywhere kit, and so did my mother, she has completely stopped smoking, and I continue to use them. I just ordered 2 510 kits, and they should be here within a few days.

I've got about 3 30ml of unknown flavors (I forgot what I ordered and the labels tell me nothing lol) at the 24mg, which I've been refilling my cartridges with, until the 510 gets here.

I also ordered a 1/2 gallon of VG to cut down with, but haven't really done it yet.

I would like to see if we all can't get a get-together organized, so we can all share techniques/tips and possibly add to the community here online.

I live right around Parker and Arapahoe, in Englewood/Centennial/Aurora/Parker, if there is anyone near by I'd love to get-together and maybe talk about making a VUG?? Vaping User Group.

I think that going up North may be a little to far for me, but a semi-central Denver meeting place would be pretty good for most.

Does anyone know of a meeting place that wouldn't mind a bunch of people, liquid chemicals, and "Vapers" doing their thing, at?

Well i don't live to far from ya buckley and Mississippi. Honestly i havn't gone far enough in to DIY yet to give advice on it. I haven't been told to leave anywhere yet either. you can vape pretty much anywhere as long as when your asked you can explain it without getting loud or defensive. Meeting have been brought up here before, I think our community in denver is still a bit to small for it. I'm down thou if we get a group togather hell could be just to go bowling or something doesn't have to be about vaping law and stuff.
