I'd save more money if I quit buying so many tanks :p

But seriously, I've gone from spending $60-70 per week on a carton of cigs to spending about $40 per week on tanks and different juices, but not being forced to the garage to smoke, smelling like an ash pit and seriously damaging my health is certainly worth it.

I have finally getting close to "stocked" level... I want four more Kranger Protanks and some coil replacement heads then I am done buying for quite awhile... I have 1000 ml of my favorite juice, two spinners 1300 mAh and two ego c-twist 1000 mAh with two Krangers so far...

My learning curve probably cost me about 400.00... After one more purchase I should be done spending for quite awhile...

I think it just depends on the person. Some people might be okay with their ego twist + vivi nova and get some juice. DEF save money that way. Others just get into it, from mods, atties, drip tips, gennies.. thats when it starts to get expensive. I spent a BUNCH of money since i started but I don't regret one bit :D. I consider it a hobby and it keeps me off the cancer sticks so woo !

Im more worried about my ultimate quality of life in the long run. I figure after I get a couple more items. Then I will pull back on the hardware purchases and see how much I am saving. I am obsessed with getting two ego-c 1000 mah passthrough silver.
I also plan on getting a setup for a co-worker to get her started. I just started so I figure for now what I save in analogs I get to play a bit with the hardware........
I just vowed to always have what it takes at my disposal to vape. If it means stockpiling batteries, juices, cartomizers, then so be it.

I'm definitely saving.

I'm lucky in that I fount the ego set-up early on (thanks to this forum) and I'm perfectly happy with it. I'm not interested in mods, etc. so my hardware purchases are minimal. Now I'm getting into DIY'ing. Will be ordering some unflavored e-juice and a few flavorings, then I'll probably pick up a bunch of spare clearomizers to have 'just in case'. Then I'll be set for months. (I only vape about 1 ml/day so juice lasts me a loonnngggg time.)

I really don't think a lot of people really realize how much they spend on cigs a month. I never did until I retired and had to figure how to live on one check a month. Once you sit down and figure what you spend it is kind of scary. You may spend 7/8bucks here or there but wow figure it over 30 some days.

I always have lived on a tight budget and knew exactly what I spent on cigs. I quit 2 years ago and at that time I bought a carton a week from the indian reservation for $45. It's probably more by now. So $45 times 4 weeks in a month was $$180 a month for cigs. I got to where I just couldn't afford to do that anymore. It was a huge problem. Now I don't really spend much of anything since I got about a 2 yr supply of nic base to make juice. And I can make my own coils. I'm finally able to actually save money for vacation and other things.
