I had a heart attack 10 years ago and tried to stop smoking but couldn't. Then I had an accident that screwed up my leg and required multiple surgeries, and the surgical wound wouldn't heal because of a blocked artery in my leg probably related to smoking. I tried to quit but couldn't. Then I got colon cancer and even though I tried to stop smoking I couldn't and I smoked all through my chemotherapy. My doctor told me I had COPD and I had to stop smoking. I tried and failed again. I couldn't walk more than a couple of blocks due to vascular changes in my legs due to smoking. I tried to quit again and failed again. My cardiologist told me that my leg problems would probably get worse over time and make me an invalid, and he urged me to look into vaping. I did and discovered ECF and have been happily vaping without any cigarettes for 2 months. I feel better, breathe better, and can walk farther; I don't know if vaping has saved my life, but it has certainly improved the quality of what I have left of it!
