Yep you sure can. Pry out the inner cap so you can fill it with juice straight from the bottle. Fill it up to the base of the Cup (about 25 drops).
If its the plastic cup style, the inner cap may be a bit tricky to push back in. Squeezing the cup a bit with tweezers can help.
If the cup is Ceramic, please write a 1000 word review and take alot of photo's
