Thanks, LGD, and yes, that's a standard carto condom end, and the carto is working great, although more recently I posted a pic of a carto with the hole near the mouthpiece end. It works better, because when filling, you want the bulk of the liquid to go the opposite way... at least until I permanently seal the rim and slots. The pic is on post #2084.
Just be sure to rinse after working on it, as Scottbee pointed out; give it a good wash. This does away with the hypodermic sized needle or tool requirement. I will try a slightly larger hole one of these days, and maybe slightly lower, and maybe some other slight differences, but the syringe is just about no longer a mandatory requirement.
