Well I just got an email from Martinez that I did not get the R4 and nobody has yet...and Linda was wrong.
I dont know what version they are but I guess I got a little of each of the failed versions...pot luck...all I know is that when I bought them they claimed to be no filler and no glue...I payed with a credit card
thru Paypal so I'm not sure which course I'll take yet.
I my opinion there is only two things to do.
Tell e-Liquid.cn that you did not receive what you ordered and you want a Full Refund.
Or Tell e-Liquid that you did not receive what you ordered and want a Full Replacement.
Either way I would have some serious concerns about using a carto that has Hot Glue in it.

Is it me or does RS/MiT have Rectal Cranium Inversion (Head up their ...)?
I started this thread because I thought with a few comments from some ECF members that RS/MiT would figure out what is wrong with their product and fix it. I didn't in my wildest dreams think that it would take 2,700 to get to where we are right now.
Its like we are taking 2 steps forward and three steps back.
All this while I have 13 brand new cartos setting in a box that are unusable because the threads are smashed. 13 out of 30 unusable. And the other 17 I had to mod to keep from ruining Another one of my batteries. I keep hoping that some revision will come down the line that will work so I can contact e-Liquid.cn and request that they replace them.
The thought that a company who has had so many problems with a product, that has received so much FREE design help from this thread, continues to receive FREE beta test from ECF Members and who continues to take our money would send a carto with Hot Glue in it is beyond me.
I know full well that a mistake can happen in manufacturing. But this is a Constant stream of one after another. Enough is Enough.
