i wouldn't think that would apply to negligence by the company.
if it was a mistake , ok mistakes happen, martinez did seem very ...... about this and cant beleieve that was sent out causing another fiasco. Someone needs to keep a closer eye on whats going on over there.
But that needs to be handled immediately, they need to fix this for you pronto, you ordered glue free e2's thats not what you got, that stuff is melting in your video. Those are not the r4, they are a ....... beta e2 from weeks ago and there is no excuse for that to end up in your hands and that needs to be handled.
They need to handle you problem and replace those immediately.

Linda kept making excuses last night when I asked. I hope this is not what I get.
i am loving mine. trying to find out how long 1 will last so im still on my first carto. day 3 still getting great vapor and taste. i occasionally get a burnt taste so i just pull out the ptb, rinse it and scrape the coils and it fires right back up good as new. love it!
I wonder what happens when you boil a carto that has glue in it? Seems like many people boil theirs to get the nasty taste out of the wick.
Since there is no way to tell if a carto has glue in it without tearing it apart and making the carto unusable. How are we suppose to know if we have glue in the cartos or not?
Also, what about all the people who have cartos with smashed threads? These would clearly be DOA. I'm going to wait until this R4 Fiasco settles down and contact e-liquid.cn about a return / refund.

you could try nico's youtube method which is probably not foolproof but should be a good indicator if there is glue or not.
this is definitely a major setback and should have never happened, all along i gave this company credit for trying to speed up improvements and being very open about it. now it looks more like half-baked attempts at perfection, which would be ok if those attempts were not sold at regular list price and pricey ems shipping.

I think e-Liquid.cn will make good on unusable and mis-shipped cartos...
From a PR stand point. Do you want the people who helped get this carto where it is today, with their hard earned money and clever ideas, posting how e-Liquid.cn screwed them in a thread with more than 3,000 posts and 65,000 views?

I received my order #2278 09/20/2010 placed on 07/30/2010 (took for ever to get this order), CE2's R3.5 510XL's and 808XL's , CE2 510's All filled , one V-GO kit , 300ml juice plus 60 warranty CE1's from my last order on 11/18/2009 . All carto's good so far , only tried 7 of 90 so far , one V-GO battery was DOA , emailed CN , Linda replied will be warranted on next order . I,ll wait on R4's for next order.
I just heard about thread problems in another forum; this time w/ 808 CE2's; said the boxes showed signs of being crushed. This is the first problem I remember hearing about 808 threads being dented. Seems like there's still some trouble w/ this so look at your threads before using...

Next Order is all I have ever got out of them. AND they want me to send back the bad V-GO battery .

that is a fairly standard procedure with chinese orders and it usually implies that you are not required to return the defective items
I had this happen on another order from a different china company , we went back and forth for weeks , I made a claim with my CC and they immediately replaced the items . They don't want bad ratings .
Mine looks like the one at 3:20 in the video - no glue, no filler, notched out silicon donut on top, etc., but I did have a bit of a 'primer' taste. Meters in at 2.5Ω
So for you to get your DOA battery replaced under "warantee", you have to pay for shipping registered mail back to China, Buy something else from e-Liquid.cn, then pay shipping back to the USA.
And if you have a problem with what ever you bought or recieve another DOA battery, you get to do it all over again.
Sounds like it would be Cheaper to just chuck the battery and not have any dealings with e-Liquid.cn ever again.
Just went to do Bad's PTB mod on one of the 808XL's I just received and it HAS THE FILLER in it just like nicotime's , hooked it when I was pulling the wick out , looks just like the old filler from an atomizer cartridge . I don't like the looks of this . Will have to check all 90 of them now.
Yep that's just how I look at it and that's what I told Linda at CN. No reply back yet , there on holiday now.
