ECF manager changes

My 3-year term at ECF has come to an end and I'm moving on. Its been a great ride, and, as is true for many of us here, it's changed my life. When I came to ECF three years ago I'd never heard of an ecig. A confirmed smoker, I had no intention of giving up or switching to an alternative. Hah - well ecigs got me in the end...

Smokey Joe is taking over now and I hope you will all give him the same support you gave me.

I may stay on as a mod, who knows. Depends on how tough the Forum Manager is on me

Many thanks to SJ for a whole bunch of things; the same to the wonderful ECF crew who keep this place going; and to all of you who help make this place what it is. If the rest of the guys don't get their revenge on me by banning me now that I don't have the power (Spaky has been waiting years for this day), I guess I'll see you around.

For what it's worth Roly, if it wasn't for you talking me down some years ago, I would have quit this forum and never looked back in 09. If nothing else, you have earned my respect and friendship. Thanks to you the "bun party on acid" known as the outside is at least slightly more colorful. Stick around. Hobbies are more fun when they aren't a job.

I hope you get a chance to feel the wind beneath your sails again as you head out for clearer waters wherever they may be, IRL or on the net. I can't think of many who would dare to start a thread in the Outsider's forum like you did, but you did it without bias and you sought balance. My hat's off to you for all you've done for vapers over the years. You're a tough act to follow, I hope SJ is up to it! Sail on.
