Can you do a pic with the K1 on the istick? My istick's are in transit and I also have a K1 coming and just curious how it looks.

Too much nic and coffee. Can't hold the phone still haha. :vapor:

Here ya go.

but unless i'm totally misunderstanding you can't use the istick for sub ohming as it won't fire under the 1ohm?!?!?

True, but you can get "sub ohm" power to your atty.

1.2ohm coil at 4.9volts is 20 watts.

Sub ohm at .7 at 3.7v on a mech is also about 20watts.

Of course there are other variables, but the vape would be similar in each example.

That does look really good BSD! Now I'm even more excited!

Another thing I like about the K1's is so far zero leakage. I figure I can carry around a bunch of em with different flavors and just pop one on.

Love, love my Billet Boxes, but with my builds I sometimes get some leakage, and is a pain to open up my carrying case and find juice all over the place. Really not an issue for my ADV, but is when I store a tank for a while.

I love my Billet Boxes too. Up until today never had a leaking issue but I decided to try Genuine Ekowool Braided COTTON Core Wick and nope it's leaking so I'm gonna be going back to using my hemp or rayon.
The Istick's are gonna be my travel to town vapes. That'a way I won't get as many stares at the grocery store.

How much liquid can the k1 hold?

Claims 1.5ml. I didn't measure it, but that seems about right.

They are well made glass tanks. And only $9!

I have to say, I just recently bought some Aspire products. Everything I've purchased have been outstanding. No a piece of junk in the bunch, and lord knows I've bought some clunkers over the years lol.

this is correct, it does not fire below 1ohm.

'tis true! I don't expect Rip Trippers to be getting too many of these.

Heads up -- Innokin hopes to have the MVP3 available by Christmas.
http://www.reddit.com/r/Innokin/comments/2ilnip/innokin_itaste_mvp30_official_reddit_announcement/

Higher capacity battery, spring loaded connector, 30 watts.... and more!

Eleaf had best get crackin' on the iStick2. As a low watt, 100% VG, factory single coil user, the iStick1 (adorable as it is) just isn't cutting the mustard for me. I won't be purchasing a second unit until the wattage/voltage issues have been corrected.

So folks, any bets on which will become available first... the iStick2 or the MVP3? I'm hoping it will be the new improved iStick... but I'm quite willing to make room in my Xmas stocking for a shiny new razzle dazzle MVP3 instead. :D

It's a wonderful time to be a vaper. :)

More battery eh? MVP3 will most likely be larger than the iStick. I think that would be a mistake on Innokin's part as the iStick's size is part of its appeal. And 30 watts? Sadly, this merely confirms where the industry is heading. With all this power soon we'll be belching rain clouds and vaping 30ml a day.

Hate to say it but I'm rootin' for Eleaf to just recalibrate their output readings in the next iStick version and maybe put in a better 510 pin. Any other improvements I'd consider a bonus. I just hope they don't over-engineer the damn thing with features us "common" folk will seldom use.

I might could maybe get mine today :)
Good luck m'lady. :) Hope that output is low enough for you. I think you'll be ok. Just don't vape sober for the first few days.

Do you think the 1.6 or the 1.8 ohm BVC would last longer in the Nautilus Mini on top of the eleaf istick vaping between 8 and 10 watts? Thanks.

I vape like a chimney. I use nothing but 1.8 ohm BVC coils in all 4 of my naughty minis at 11.5 watts on my iSticks. I'm vaping Nicoticket juices and this setup is fabulous. I'm getting about 14+ days out of a coil and I've only ordered from evape. Hope this helps.

Agree, MVP may have more bells and whistles, but I dont feel like smoking out of something that looks like a walkie talkie/Willis Tower. For me, the size price, and power outweighs the negatives that it has, and SIZE being the most important for me.

I'm with you. To use another APV as an example, what makes the VaporShark attractive is its size. What makes the VaporShark unattractive is its price. I'm not suggesting that it should be sold for less, just that its price is too high for me personally. But then, a lot of vaping gear is beyond my wallet's comfort zone.

The iStick's size, wattage range, and price are all in the sweet spot for me. I'm willing to adapt to its shortcomings (Vavg vs. Vrms, lack of a high-quality floating pin 510 connection), because it succeeds with the three criteria so wonderfully. Plus, the iStick looks and feels well-made, has a good display with ergonomic controls, and, what the heck, it's as cute as a button.

Now that we've got a tropical storm - that may yet become a hurricane - heading our way, I sorta wish I had ordered another iStick. Had I done so, vapewise I'd be OK even if our electricity went out for 4 days...plus whatever time I could get out of my evod batts. Gonna have to keep them all charged for the next few days.
