got one today from eciggity. I will reserve judgment on the tank performance until a later date. But as for right now it is covered in machine oil. Its so bad that my first build / tank made me gag, wanted to throw up afterwards. This was after already washing in hot soapy water.

Its soaking in 99% iso right now after I boiled it in soap water for like an hour. I might even try acetone if i still taste machine oil.

Mine went for a second round of cleaning last night, and I'd say I finally got it clean. I broke it down and scrubbed it again with Dawn and hot water, rinsed it, and then boiled it for a half an hour. Both times after I boiled it, there was a nice oily film on the water when I was done. I'm guessing most of the stink is in the center screw, but I also smelled it in the chimney sections.

I'm disappointed in Eleaf in regards to the machine oil, because all my other Lemo's came perfectly clean, so I know they could have cleaned it better, but instead rushed them to market.

Flavor is now close to my original Lemo's. I have identical builds in my Lemo 2 and my Lemo Drop, using the same liquid, and the Drop has sharper flavor.

Vapor production wise, the Lemo 2 wins and I'm loving the external AFC and top fill.

Got lemo2 for few days, and today i had first leaks through the airflow, anyone had this ? I m filling it up to upper part of chimney so there is a lot more space..
Anyone have any tips ? Thanks.
Make sure that the top chimney section is screwed all the way down into the base section? Also, close airflow when filling and be sure to lay it on it's side maybe tilting upwards slightly when filling...

Hope these help.

Well I have seen several comments saying if you own the original there is no compelling reason to upgrade outside of the easier fill and afc control. Lemo 2 gives less capacity, and more air flow. Two downsides for me. I like the higher capacity and tighter draw. I have my originals set to almost 3/4 closed. Seems like these new tanks are catering to much higher wattage vaping. Again not my thing. I think I will save my money and stick to my originals. Maybe I can find some fire sales on the version 1 and grab a few more.

That's why they make different flavors of ice cream--not everyone likes the same thing! ;)

For me the top fill and easily adjustable airflow make this device much better than the original design. But to each his (or her!) own!

It's all good as long as you're not burning leaves :vapor:

The Lemo only leaks for two reasons:

Either you have a sealing issue, either due to a missing/damaged/improperly installed tank seals/chimney seal or improper assembly...

....or you have inadequate wicking.

Make sure the small black chimney o-ring is installed and not damaged. When assembling, the lower chimney tube should be installed to the base, then the upper chimney section installed to the lower. The top cap should be the last piece installed. Leaving the upper chimney screwed into the top cap when assembling will cause sealing issues.

The glass tube seals should not be left stuck to the glass as they sometimes do. Install them to the base and top cap before assembling and lube them with some e-liquid before assembling. The tank seals on the Lemo 2 are kind of squirrely and take a little work to get them seated correctly.

I'm awaiting a package from Eciggity....A full tear down and good bath will be in order....

I have a Drop....The airflow adjustment I never liked from day 1....Now I'm getting a little juice weeping from the center post/air flow area....It's not much but enough too cause concern....What's the fix for that?????

Ok.. day three observations:

When I got the Lemo2 I started out by removing the cotton and giving everything a good cleaning leaving the "stock" coil installed.

Fresh cotton installed I ripped through probably 20 ml of juice in 36 hours..and enjoyed the hell out of it!

During this time I changed the cotton a few times to test out some different wicking styles and cleaned the coil and still completely enjoyed the vape although It did seem that the flavor was a bit muted unless you dialed the airflow way down using that stock coil so this morning I ripped it out.

The original measured .5 ohms and the replacement wire they sent along appears to exactly match my spool of Temco 24 ga Nichrome..sooo I whipped up a 3 mm spaced coil with my stash of nichrome that ohmed out at .4 when installed and wicked up and wet down and fired it up...

Holy moly! What a difference!

Extremely flavorful now with awesome vapor production...even with the airflow W-I-D-E open the flavor is awesome!

Liking this rig more very day.

One thing to be careful of however...when cleaning the tank be careful not to lose any gaskets/o-rings...they seem to want to try to escape whenever I have it apart.

Just set mine up today, using the stock coil (.56 ohm) and Rayon. I have it sitting on a rDNA40, and filled it with Vaper's Mark Carmela.

First impressions -

- Overall quality seems better / more durable than v1, especially the bottom and top caps
- I didn't necessarily see a lot of machine oil, but I smelled it. So I did wash all parts in my Ultrosonic Cleaner for about 5 minutes and dried
- The top fill is nice, but I found that I still had to use a syringe. Damn thing plugged up too much when trying to use the dripper directly to fill
- A little bit of leaking at the start, when I "blew" out the air holes, but it wasn't a big deal
- New drip trip is MUCH BETTER, although it got hot pretty fast at ~ 30W
- Little knurling "handles" on the side to twist open the airflow or liquid fill required a little pressure, but not too bad to get used too
- Owning both the Lemo and Lemo Drop, the tank size on the Lemo II is just fine for me - sort of in between the two
- GREAT cloud production, excellent flavor (as if I'm tasting it more than on the v1) and better airflow IMO (doesn't seem to whistle as much)

Overall, this thing ROCKS and will join my Lemo family in my daily vape. The only thing I will probably change is the drip tip to a wide bore delrin because of the heat. Other than that, the Lemo II is amazing.

does anyone know why I am get leakage through the airholes while filling?

I feel like im not doing anything wrong. Close off airflow, open fill port, tilt upside down for a bit, fill (dropper bottle), close fill port, open up airflow.

It is gurgly upon a refil until i vape for a bit to clear it out. It has not leaked on me through normal use though only just upon a fresh refill.

Any ideas? I checked all the o-rings and they all seem fine.

edit: forgot to mention that I dont think its my build. I have built a kayfun for 2 years so I doubt this is any different.

Although for people that are experiencing no leaking. Are you putting the chimney base on, then cutting your wick and then stuff cotton into the channels?

Or are you juicing your wick first then shaping it before putting the chimney base on?

I close airflow...open port...squirt liquid in..close port and open airflow all the way--couple deep lung hits and it's all good.

The only time I got leakage was when I didn't have my wicking "right"..I rewicked and went a little heavier on the cotton and all's been fine since.

I'm running 3 mm coils and you can stuff a lot of cotton through those things...I trim the cotton a little past the edge of the deck and soak it with eliquid and then bend it over and kinda paste the ends of the wick to the top of the deck in the area above the juice channel. When that's done it's humped up pretty high-- when I screw on the bottom part of the chimney sleeve it's actually making contact with the wet wick as I spin it on but because the cotton is so well saturated it slides nicely and the wick stays where I put it...

That's all I got ;) Hope it helps!

Hey thanks for the suggestion I appreciate it.

I also am building 3mm coils, ni200 however.

I have been trimming my cotton flush with the build deck so I will try to give it a little more the next go around. Maybe the extra wick in the channels helps it from flooding while filling.

Mine leaks a bit if I use a dropper bottle, I just picked up a needle nose bottle for 50 cents at a B&M and it doesn't leak anymore.

yeah ill probabyl have to try one of those needle nose bottles one day. I threw all mine away a while ago lol...stupid i know.

Does anyone know how to adjust the base pin? Not the build deck pin, the 510 one is what im talking about (non-adjustable).

I dont want to screw anything up by hammering it in or out. I feel like i get some ohm fluctuations sometimes because its not making good contact with the build deck pin.
