Yup lemo drop is 74 mm with the stock long barrel drip tip.Is that with the ridiculous long drip tip? All my Lemo Drops have this:
Just got my order confirmation for the Lemo II. My Drop was supposed to be here this weekend but turned into a no-show. Maybe Monday...
I ordered mine from Heaven Gifts in China and opted for the DHL express shipping... I would imagine if Heaven Gifts has them, then US Vendors will soon have them as well, depending on the shipping method used for eleaf/iSmoka to get them to their US distributors.
It looks to be in stock at sweetvapes.com. I just ordered one, cannot wait to try it!

Because nobody has received them or authorized by eleaf to release them yet.
There seems to be too many wishful thinking people giving out poor information.
Believe me I understand the excitement and anticipation, I myself have 4 on pre-order.
But the truth is nobody is going to magically obtain one before Eleaf's per-determined release date.
It was different with the Lemo, Eleaf just chucked it out there and hoped for the best not knowing they has a winner.
This time they know what they have and fully intend to build suspense, and anticipation.

I'm guessing I got their one and only? I am not wishful thinking nor giving out poor info, I have the order confirmation from Sweetvapes and I'm awaiting shipping notification. It showed in stock when I ordered it, I know it's strange, but true nonetheless.

I've got mine on order from Sweet-Vapes as well. Placed my order at 7:56pm (showing In-Stock) and got my order confirmation. I got my "Back in Stock" notification at 11:05pm. When I looked this morning they were out. Wonder how many they had to sell?
Got mine today ... threw a build on one of them (my standard 8 wrap Ni200 30AWG 3.2mm I.D.) and will report back later on initial impressions. I've got it sitting atop the SX Mini M Class which I also just received.
Initial, initial impressions: Flavor is good (will be better once the remaining Chinese factory/machine oil wears off... I did boil them but can still taste it), airflow is huge relative to the original Lemo. No leaking. The clear ring seals, specifically the one in the top section, fits a little tight; had to make sure it was sitting flat and creating a good seal.
