Has anybody actually spent any money?

The applications is where the cost to manufacturers lies. And yes, that money has already been dished out by many manufacturers who have applications in.

what's left is an actual approval. The FDA hasn't approved anyone yet, but they have a full year to do so, during which time those who have submitted their applications for approval can continue to sell their product legally.

So, now its just a waiting game to see what the FDA will approve.

Does the vape mail ban throw a wrench in the works tho?

Does it matter if the ptma gets approved if they can't ship, or if it's too expensive to order online?

absolutely no one planned on not being able to ship... Everyone thought they could continue online sales.. so yeah, it's a huge wrench.

Some brands are connecting with 3rd Party Partners, or even creating separate entities, for purposes of getting around & managing complications associated with PACT (see 2nd image below).

For example, Halo keeps its website for Advertising & Marketing, but directs you to Vaprzon - which sells ONLY halo nicQuid - for Orders & Shipping. If you're in the USA go to https://www.vaprzon.com/, NOT vaprzonGLOBAL.com

Wonder if they'll have to find, or start up, B&M partners/locations when PACT does go into effect?
