I was just doing a bit of Googling and for an average cigarette it is 1.8 Mg of nicotine and an estimated 3 Ml's of e-liquid would equal a pack. So how many Ml's of your liquid and what strength?

These figures are NOT FACTS they are the result of a quick search of multiple sites.

i could vape about 4ml of 3mg of 50/50 in a day. if thats the case should be just about right.:thumb: but everytime i vape i get these symptoms.

4 Ml at 3.0 Mg? Doing a rough (very rough) calculation that to me is more than DOUBLE the amount of nicotine you ingested by smoking.

One thing I notice on here is the lack of the use if the decimal point in measurements. To me it makes a major difference and I believe most mathematicians would agree. :2c::2c::2c::2c::2c:

So 1mg would be better. i felt less ill with 3mg than 6 or 10mg. but its weird two weeks ago i was on 14mg. However the lowest my shop does is 2mg.

Incorrect. 3 mg is just that. 3mg.

I have never seen higher than 2.4 Mg Store Bought e-Liquids. I just made the purchase of my first MOD, an Eleaf iStick TC40W with a Nautilus Mini tank. I picked up 30 Mls of .6 Mg to start with because I do not want to over do my nicotine intake with my new device.

You're getting your numbers mixed up.

2.4 mg is just that.

2.4% is 24 mg.

No I am not mixing my numbers up I am asking him what exactly he means. He mentions 3,6,10 and 14 Mgs.

Which is perfectly normal. You claim that 2.4mg is the highest you've seen sold. This is incorrect. 2.4% perhaps, which would equate to 24mg e-liquid.

Hi retired.

So what level can i vape what ever i want, whenever i want without these feelings?

im having a go with 2mg now, seems a little better.

This is all dependent on what you're using, the wattage you're vaping at, and how much you vape. If chain vaping 3mg e-liquid is too much, you can try a lower concentration of nicotine, although getting anything lower than 3mg may be difficult as most shops don't provide lower (except for no nicotine juices).

You can try diluting your mix a bit with some plain PG to lower the content, but this may mute the flavor as well.

Northern NJ native , Coastal NC now.
I never had sweats.

I had -
fast heartbeat, tight chest feelings, breathlessness, slight numbness on left face, nausea

and tingling.

I suppose everyone can experience something different , i still think you sucked in way too much nic , you definitely need to start much lower .

Don't vape heavy , vape and wait a bit , if you have too much nic you will know it soon enough . If you don't get that ill feeling then take another vape .

I used to take hit and hit after hit without a break and that is when i got very ill.

hey you might be on to something.

i drink loads of tea. typical english guys lols. i drink tetley extra strong.

I also drink loads of water too.

May want to cut back a bit on the caffeine. I generally do coffee in the morning and then water for the rest of the day. No issues at all and I'm still vaping 24mg juice.

Of course you should keep us updated , we want to make sure you don't have a massive heart attack and expire .

doctors did tests, everything is fine.

I have gone up to 1.2ohms from last week from 0.5ohms.

in the kangertech box it mentions 0.5 ohms is for direct into lung inhale and 1.2 ohms is for mouth to lung(like a cigarette).

The OP has revealed to smoking 40 roll-ups a day. That's 48mg yield from a medium thickness hand rolled UK Golden Virginia or Amber Leaf (if we believe the tobacco company machines).

A 48mg yield from 3mg liquid would require vaping a minimum of 16 (sixteen) milliliters a day, possibly an entire 30ml bottle if the yield is 50%.

What I am seeing here, to be honest, is a two part problem.

1. 14mg at 25w was almost certainly too much nicotine. This coupled with stopping smoking would lead to the symptoms described in the thread.

2. 2mg (or 3mg) is only much use to a 40 a day smoker if he or she is vaping lots of it at quite substantial power levels. It would be gentle to vape (on the head and throat) but less effective as a Nicotine alternative.

I have some 1.5mg liquid. I could vape half the 30ml bottle in one day.
I also have some 24mg liquid. 3ml of the that, and I'm in trouble.

If you feel you need to vape 3mg to feel OK, then that's what you should do.
If you are sticking with 25w on your Kanger, I would suggest at least 3mg, maybe 6mg.

6mg (25w) would be perfect for me, now, after smoking 15 rollies a day and vaping for 3.5 years.
The first few days/weeks are very tough, more so for the heavier smoker.
